一、依據「職業安全衛生法」第32條規定，學校應對其所屬教職員工進行安全衛生教育訓練，各教育事業主管機關應輔導所屬學校落實辦理，先予敘明。
二、本部為培訓校園職業安全衛生教育訓練種子師資，協助各學校執行職業安全衛生法規定之3小時一般安全衛生教育訓練課程所需師資，辦理「一般種子師資培訓課程」及「專業種子師資培訓課程」，銜接校園職業安全衛生教育訓練人才，協助各級學校達成校園職業安全衛生自主管理目標。
三、依旨揭說明規定，種子師資證明書有效期限為5年，期限屆滿前3至6個月內得申請展延。請貴校具種子師資證明書之人員，依作業說明辦理展延事宜。
四、旨揭說明及相關作業流程，已同步公告於本部「學校安全衛生網」（https:／／www.safelab.edu.tw/）之「安全衛生資源專區」-「種子師資文件」供下載參考。

**Announcement: Extension Application for Seed Instructors in Occupational Safety and Health Training**
**I.** In accordance with Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, schools are required to provide safety and health education and training to their staff and faculty. Relevant educational authorities are responsible for guiding and assisting schools in implementing these requirements. This is hereby stated for your reference.
**II.** To cultivate seed instructors for campus occupational safety and health training and to assist schools in fulfilling the mandatory three-hour general safety and health education and training course as stipulated by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, this department is conducting both the "General Seed Instructor Training Program" and the "Specialized Seed Instructor Training Program." These programs aim to connect and develop talent in campus occupational safety and health education and training, thereby helping all levels of schools achieve their goals in self-managing campus occupational safety and health.
**III.** As stipulated in the aforementioned guidelines, the certificate of seed instructor is valid for five years. Applications for extension can be submitted three to six months before the certificate expires. Personnel at your institution holding a seed instructor certificate are requested to follow the operational guidelines to process the extension.
