各位師長、同仁和同學您好:
為因應人工智慧(AI)發展趨勢及應用領域日益擴增,經濟部積極推動產業AI化,AI技能已成為職場上的重要競爭力。金融科技相關人才將成為金融服務業推動轉型發展之關鍵,本基金會特別規劃旨揭學分課程,納入經濟部於2025年啟動之國家級證照—「AI應用規劃師」初級能力鑑定學習綱要,結合人工智慧與大數據應用、區塊鏈與數位貨幣應用、RWA實務、數位行銷應用等金融科技實務議題,以強化學生跨域整合與實務應用能力,俾利培育符合產業需求之金融科技人才。
本學分課程建議大學二年級(含)以上學生選修,規劃於115學年度上學期(115年9月至116年1月)辦理,原則安排每週同一時段上課。課程特色如下:
1. 課程納入最新AI應用規劃初級能力鑑定之學習綱要,規劃「AI應用規劃」模組,包括人工智慧基礎概論及生成式AI應用與規劃二大科目,幫助學子掌握AI基礎知識及其應用,並可同步準備「AI應用規劃師」初級能力鑑定認證。
2. 協助掌握最新金融科技實務議題,課程之「金融科技實務」模組包括生成式AI在資產管理業應用、區塊鏈與數位貨幣應用實務,及AI應用在數位行銷實務等面向,加強實務應用層面議題。
3. 邀請業界專家擔任師資,安排議題相關專業人士授課,並與學員互動,讓學員獲得最新市場資訊、培養實戰技能、建立業界專家人脈,提升學習成效。
課程規劃16堂課,原則每週上課一次(安排每週同一時段),每堂課程訂為3小時,合計48小時。上課方式採實體及同步視訊方式進行。本基金會將提供開課資源,包括業界講師邀請聯繫、講義印製及相關課務費用,由本基金會全額協助。
有關貴校與本基金會合作分工事宜,說明如下:
1. 課程推廣及課務:請貴校開立本學分課程,並鼓勵學生選修、辦理成績評量,並綜整選修學生姓名、科系及年級資訊予本基金會存查。
2. 實務講師邀請:由本基金會作業。
3. 視訊網路連線:請貴校協助安排適合場地上課。
4. 學分費用:貴校學生依修習規定繳交學分費;若有他校學生選修,其依相關校際選課規定繳交學分費予貴校,本基金會不經手及收受學分費。

慈濟大學(敬啟) **Announcement: Introduction of AI and Fintech Credit Courses**
In response to the growing trend of artificial intelligence (AI) development and its expanding applications across various industries, the Ministry of Economic Affairs is actively promoting the integration of AI into the business sector. AI skills have become a crucial competitive advantage in the workplace, and professionals in fintech will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation and development of financial services. To address these needs, this foundation has specially designed the aforementioned credit courses, incorporating the learning framework for the初级能力鑑定 (Entry-Level Competency Assessment) of the "AI Application Planner" national certification, which will be launched by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2025. The curriculum combines practical topics such as AI and big data applications, blockchain and digital currency applications, RWA (Real-World Assets) practices, and digital marketing applications, aiming to enhance students' interdisciplinary integration and practical application skills. This initiative is intended to cultivate fintech talent that meets industry demands.
The aforementioned credit courses are recommended for students in their second year or above. The courses will be offered during the first semester of the 115 academic year (from September 2025 to January 2026). Classes will generally be scheduled at the same time each week. Please refer to the attached proposal for detailed information. A summary is provided below:
**(1) Course Features**
1. **Incorporation of the Latest AI Application Planning Learning Framework:** The course includes a module on "AI Application Planning" that aligns with the Entry-Level Competency Assessment framework for the "AI Application Planner" certification. This module covers two main subjects: an introduction to artificial intelligence and the application and planning of generative AI. This will help students grasp foundational AI knowledge and its practical applications while preparing them for the Entry-Level Competency Assessment certification.
2. **Focus on the Latest Fintech Practical Topics:** The "Fintech Practical Applications" module covers areas such as the use of generative AI in asset management, practical applications of blockchain and digital currencies, and AI applications in digital marketing. This will strengthen students' understanding of practical fintech issues.
3. **Invitation of Industry Experts as Instructors:** The course will feature lectures by professionals in relevant fields, who will engage with students to provide the latest market insights, cultivate practical skills, and help students build professional networks in the industry, thereby enhancing their learning outcomes.
**(2) Course Hours:** The course is planned to consist of 16 classes, with one class per week (scheduled at the same time each week). Each class will last 3 hours, totaling 48 hours of instruction.
**(3) Mode of Instruction:** The course will be conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person and live online video sessions.
**(4) Course Resources Provided by the Foundation:** The foundation will provide resources for the course, including the invitation and coordination of industry lecturers, printing of course materials, and covering related instructional expenses.
**Regarding the cooperation and division of responsibilities between your institution and this foundation:**
**(1) Course Promotion and Administration:** Your institution is requested to offer this credit course and encourage students to enroll. Please also conduct academic evaluations and provide the foundation with a summary of the enrolled students' names, departments, and grades for record-keeping purposes.
**(2) Invitation of Practical Lecturers:** This responsibility will be managed by the foundation.
