說明：
一、為促進交流合作，多方培育檔案管理相關領域人才，增進大學院校學生瞭解檔案管理實務作業，本局本年提供暑假實習計11個名額。相關事項依「國家發展委員會檔案管理局實習須知」辦理如下：
（一）申請人可依實習課程要求及個人興趣選擇實習單元至多2項，每日實習時間不超過8 小時，本局不提供報酬（薪、交通費、膳食及意外保險等補助）及住宿場所，實習期滿依規定發給實習證書。
二）有意申請者，請檢附申請表及歷年在校成績常影本（A4格式），自即日起至本年5月8日止免備文逕送本局（以郵戳、傳真或電子郵件寄達日期為憑），逾期不受理。
（三）獲錄取者，本局除函請就讀學校轉知外，並於本年6月上旬於本局「全球資訊網(http:／／www.archives.gov.tw)/最新消息」。
二、後續若有延（停）辦或採取相關配套措施之需，將公告於本局「全球資訊網／最新消息」。

**Announcement: Summer Internship Program for University Students**
To promote exchange and cooperation and cultivate talent in the field of archival management, the National Archives Administration (NAA) is offering 11 internship positions this summer. The following details are provided in accordance with the "NAA Internship Guidelines":
1. **Internship Details**
- Applicants may select up to two internship units based on the course requirements and their personal interests. The daily internship hours shall not exceed eight hours. The NAA does not provide any form of compensation (including salary, transportation, meal allowances, or accident insurance) or accommodation. Upon completion of the internship, participants will be issued an internship certificate as per regulations.
2. **Application Process**
- Interested applicants are required to submit the application form along with a copy of their academic transcripts (in A4 format). Applications must be sent directly to the NAA without prior written notification, starting from today until May 8 of this year. The submission date will be determined by the postmark, fax, or email receipt date. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. **Notification of Acceptance**
- Successful applicants will be notified by the NAA, which will also inform their respective universities. Additionally, the list of accepted interns will be published on the NAA's official website (http://www.archives.gov.tw) under the "Latest News" section in early June of this year.
4. **Further Announcements**
- Any subsequent changes, such as postponements or the implementation of related measures, will be announced on the NAA's official website under the "Latest News" section.
5. **Attachments**
- The NAA has attached the "115 Summer Internship Student Requirements Table," the application form, and the internship guidelines. These documents can also be downloaded from the "Latest News" section of the NAA's official website (http://www.archives.gov.tw). |
