一、為因應大專校院職涯輔導人員培訓需求，擺渡人生設計辦理「職涯錨定解測培訓班」，並申請勞動部勞動力發展署iCAP認證中，期望協助校內培訓種子職涯輔導師資，以提升學生職涯輔導之效能。
二、課程內容：
(一)工具應用：完整擺渡職涯錨定量表解測技術，協助學生了解個人能力、動機與價值觀，找到職涯中想要發展的角色。
(二)課程效益：以探索職涯價值與內在動機為基礎，協助學生錨定職涯方向與角色定位。
(三)專業認證：完成培訓後，即可成為專業的「職涯錨定解測人員」。
三、課程資訊：
(一)課程培訓方式：實體授課（含理論學習、筆試與實務演練）
(二)課程時間：預計2026年7月15日（三）開課，為期三日，詳細授課日期，請參閱課程簡章。
(三)課程對象：大專院校職涯輔導老師與職員、大專院校系上導師及教職人員。
(四)課程費用：原價12,000元/人，推廣期間符合上述課程對象者全額免費。
(五)課程人數：以20人為上限，每單位最多錄取2位學員。
四、課程報名方式與時程說明：
(一)一律採取線上報名。
(二)報名日期：即日起至2026年5月12日（二）12:00止。

I. To address the training needs of career counseling staff at universities and colleges, Baidu Life has designed and organized the “Career Anchoring Assessment Training Course” and is currently applying for iCAP certification from the Labor Force Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor. The program aims to assist in training internal “seed” career counselors to enhance the effectiveness of student career counseling.
II. Course Content:
(1) Tool Application: Comprehensive training in the interpretation of the “BaiDu Career Anchoring Scale” to help students understand their personal abilities, motivations, and values, and identify the career roles they wish to pursue.
(2) Course Benefits: Based on the exploration of career values and intrinsic motivation, the course assists students in anchoring their career direction and role positioning.
(3) Professional Certification: Upon completion of the training, participants will become certified “Career Anchoring Assessment Practitioners.”
III. Course Information:
(1) Training Format: In-person instruction (including theoretical learning, written exams, and practical exercises)
(2) Course Dates: Scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for a duration of three days. Please refer to the course brochure for specific dates.
(3) Target Audience: Career counseling teachers and staff at universities and colleges; department advisors and faculty members at universities and colleges.
(4) Course Fee: Regular price is NT$12,000 per person; during the promotional period, the course is free of charge for eligible participants as described above.
(5) Class Size: Limited to 20 participants; a maximum of 2 participants per organization.
IV. Registration Procedures and Schedule:
(1) Registration is strictly online.
(2) Registration Period: From now until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
(3) Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Notifications will be sent via email; applicants are advised to check their personal email accounts.
