To support international students in adapting to life in Taiwan, enhance cross-cultural understanding, and explore personal narratives, the Student Counseling Center is organizing a Cultural Adaptation and Identity Narratives One-Day Workshop.
This workshop provides a safe and supportive space for participants to share, reflect, and explore their experiences and emotions throughout the process of cultural adjustment.
While living and studying abroad, do you feel cultural shocks or loneliness?
Or maybe missing your home country~s food or people?
It~s ok to feel homesick or missing our home country ~
Just like in Bad Bunny~s song-Dtmf, sometimes even when we are far away, our hearts are still connected to where we come from — to our people, our memories, and the places we call home.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
Share or listen to others~ experiences of cultural adaptation
Reflect on cultural differences in relationships and communication
Explore your own feelings, identity, and sense of belonging
