一、本研習營由國立臺灣師範大學特殊教育學系劉秀丹教授（國際非暴力溝通培訓師候選人）帶領，為社會情緒教育與發展研究中心 SEED Center 計畫經費支持，專為大專聽障學生設計，旨在提升同理心技巧與人際溝通幸福感。
二、活動內容包含課程講述、小組討論、桌遊實作及活動體驗，並引入「生成式 AI 虛擬人」提供無壓力溝通練習環境；全程提供同步聽打與手語翻譯服務，確保溝通平權。
三、報名資訊：

五、活動對象、地點與時間：
(一)活動對象：全臺大專院校聽障學生（18-23歲）60人，每梯次30人。
(二)活動地點：國立臺灣師範大學（和平校區）。
(三)活動時間：（每人僅參加一梯次）
1、第一梯次 6月27日 (星期六) 9：30至16：30。
2、第二梯次 7月4日 (星期六) 9：30至16：30。

**Announcement: Specialized Workshop for College Students with Hearing Impairments**
**I. Overview**
This workshop is led by Professor Hsiu-Tan Liu from the Department of Special Education at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), who is also a candidate for International Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Trainer. The program is supported by funding from the Social-Emotional Education and Development Research Center (SEED Center). Specifically designed for college students with hearing impairments, this workshop aims to enhance empathy skills and foster interpersonal communication well-being.
**II. Program Content**
The workshop includes lectures, group discussions, board game activities, and experiential exercises. It also incorporates a "Generative AI Virtual Human" to provide a low-pressure environment for communication practice. Throughout the event, real-time captioning and sign language interpretation services will be provided to ensure equitable communication.

(1) Eligibility: 60 college students with hearing impairments (aged 18–23) from universities and colleges across Taiwan, with 30 participants per session.
(2) Venue: National Taiwan Normal University (Heping Campus)
(3) Schedule: (Participants may only attend one session)
1. First Session: Saturday, June 27, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
2. Second Session: Saturday, July 4, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
