經濟部產業發展署為使通訊產業導入創意與人才活水，委由本院辦理舉辦「2026通訊大賽 － Mobileheroes Global」（以下簡稱本競賽），期吸引優秀學子投入創新產業研發設計工作，培養台灣優秀人才，並協助新創團隊鏈結相關輔導資源，促成團隊及產業媒合，於產品開發、商業鏈結、行銷推廣、募資規劃等多面向合作。
一、本年度競賽核心主題聚焦於「AI驅動：5G-Advanced/6G、非地面網路(NTN)與邊緣運算(Edge)時代下的通訊基礎設施創新」，強調以AI技術為次世代通訊賦能。
徵件範疇涵蓋：
(1)5G-A/6G無線與頻譜創新
(2)NTN混合式連線
(3)網路測試驗證
(4)5G/6G垂直領域解決方案
誠摯徵求具備可部署、可量產、可規模化能力，且能實際落地之關鍵技術與系統解決方案。
二、獎金總計高達6萬美元，進入決賽入圍隊伍可參與本競賽提供之多元培訓計畫、導入企業孵育資源，協助作品貼近市場需求並媒合產業。
三、即日起受理報名，截止報名日為115年7月10日中午12時。

To infuse the communications industry with creativity and talent, the Department of Industrial Development, Ministry of Economic Affairs, has commissioned our institute to organize the "2026 Communications Competition - Mobileheroes Global" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition). The Competition aims to attract outstanding students to engage in innovative R&D and design work, cultivate outstanding talent in Taiwan, and assist startup teams in connecting with relevant mentoring resources, facilitating team-industry collaboration, and promoting cooperation in product development, business connections, marketing, and fundraising planning.
I. This year is core theme focuses on "AI-Driven: Communication Infrastructure Innovation in the Era of 5G-Advanced/6G, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and Edge Computing," emphasizing the empowerment of next-generation communications with AI technology.
The scope of applications covers:
(1) 5G-A/6G Wireless and Spectrum Innovation
(2) NTN Hybrid Connectivity
(3) Network Testing and Verification
(4) 5G/6G Vertical Industry Solutions We sincerely seek key technologies and system solutions that are deployable, mass-producible, scalable, and practically implementable.
II. The total prize money is up to US$60,000. Finalist teams can participate in the diverse training programs offered by this competition, access corporate incubation resources, and assistance in aligning their work with market demands and industry needs.
