一、旨案為提供設籍本縣大專青年學生暑期工讀機會，一方面運用所學返鄉服務，另一方面協助其從工作中建立正確的工作習慣及價值觀，以為未來正式踏入職場做充分準備。
二、工讀期間：
(一)教育處暑期工讀營隊：115年7月1日(星期三)至115年8月7日(星期五)，星期一至星期五，每日8小時。
(二)青發處公部門暑期工讀：115年7月1日(星期三)至115年8月31日(星期一)，星期一至星期五，每日8小時。
三、工讀地點：
(一)教育處暑期工讀營隊：彰化縣各國中、小學及自造、遊學、職探中心。
(二)青發處公部門暑期工讀：彰化縣政府各局處及所屬機關。
四、薪資待遇：
(一)教育處暑期工讀營隊：時薪196元，每日8小時，工讀28日(每週一~五)，合計工讀224小時，應領薪資約為4萬3,904元(含勞保、健保補充保費及勞退金自付額)。
(二)青發處公部門暑期工讀：每月新臺幣2萬9,500元(依勞基法規定之基本工資)，並依法投保勞健保及提繳勞工退休金。

I. The purpose of this program is to provide summer work-study opportunities for college students registered as residents of this county. On the one hand, this allows them to apply their knowledge to serve their hometown; on the other hand, it helps them develop proper work habits and values through practical experience, thereby fully preparing them for their future entry into the workforce.
II. Work-Study Period:
(1) Education Bureau Summer Work-Study Camp: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Friday, August 7, 2026; Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
(2) Youth Development Bureau Public Sector Summer Work-Study Program: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026; Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
III. Work Locations:
(1) Education Bureau Summer Work-Study Camp: Various junior high schools, elementary schools, and maker, study-abroad, and career exploration centers in Changhua County.
(2) Youth Development Bureau Public Sector Summer Work-Study Program: Various bureaus and affiliated agencies of the Changhua County Government.
IV. Compensation:
(1) Education Bureau Summer Work-Study Camp: Hourly wage of NT$196, 8 hours per day, 28 workdays (Monday–Friday), totaling 224 hours of work. Estimated total compensation is approximately NT$43,904 (including Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance supplementary premiums, and employee contributions to the Labor Pension Fund).
(2) Public Sector Summer Internship Program under the Youth Development Bureau: NT$29,500 per month (based on the minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act), with mandatory enrollment in Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance, as well as contributions to the Labor Pension Fund in accordance with the law.
V. The application period runs from 12:00 PM on April 21, 2026, to 12:00 AM on May 4, 2026. Applications must be submitted online, and the submission time will serve as proof of entry. Late applications will not be accepted.
