一、為促進社會溝通，將看似抽象、難解之轉型正義概念轉化為貼近日常、具有溫度之社會議題，期透過原住民族歷史正義與轉型正義之意識傳遞，建構社會大眾對原住民族議題之基礎認知，進一步實踐全民原教之理念，以落實族群主流化，爰委託國立東華大學辦理旨揭論壇活動。
二、活動資訊如下：
(一)時間：115年5月9日（星期六）8:30-17:30。
(二)地點：公務人力發展學院福華國際文教會館前瞻廳（臺北市大安區新生南路三段30號）。
(三)對象：對轉型正義以及原住民族歷史正義與轉型正義議題有興趣之民眾、公務機關人員、現職教師（參與全程之現職教師將核予教師研習時數6小時）。
(四)議程表詳見實施計畫。
三、報名方式

(二)報名時間：即日起至115年4月26日（星期日）23:59止。
(三)名額：100名（額滿為止）。
(四)錄取公告：115年4月28日（星期二）前公告於國立東華大學原住民族發展中心網站與Facebook粉絲專頁，並寄送電子郵件通知。

**Announcement: Forum on Indigenous Historical Justice and Transitional Justice**
To promote social dialogue and translate the abstract and complex concept of transitional justice into accessible, everyday social issues, the Ministry of Education has entrusted National Dong Hwa University with organizing this forum. The aim is to disseminate awareness of Indigenous historical justice and transitional justice, build foundational public understanding of Indigenous issues, and further realize the concept of universal Indigenous education, thereby advancing the mainstreaming of Indigenous communities.
**Event Details:**
- **Date:** Saturday, May 9, 2026, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- **Venue:** Fu Hua International Convention Center, National Training Institute for Civil Servants, Room of Visionary Perspectives (No. 30, Section 3, Xinyi South Road, Da ian District, Taipei City)
- **Participants:** Members of the public interested in transitional justice and Indigenous historical justice, civil servants, and currently employed teachers (full participation will qualify for 6 hours of teacher professional development credit).
