一、宜蘭縣政府為促進青年提前做好職涯探索，減少未來升學或就業摸索期，將於7月16日及7月23日特分別辦理兩梯次兩天一夜的「115年度青年職涯探索營」，從職涯探索與職涯規劃、在地創生產業介紹及場域參訪、職場禮儀、撰寫履歷及面試技巧、人際溝通及表達能力、、團隊動力課程等多元面向課程，協助青年職涯啟蒙、職涯建立、職涯定錨及發展，讓青年彼此藉由同儕交流互動激盪，期以提升自信及能力，進而達到順利就業之目的。

I. To encourage young people to begin exploring their career paths early and reduce the uncertainty they may face when pursuing further education or entering the workforce, the Yilan County Government will host two separate sessions of the “2026 Youth Career Exploration Camp” on July 16 and July 23. Each session will last two days and one night. The camp will feature a diverse range of courses covering career exploration and planning, introductions to local creative industries and site visits, workplace etiquette, resume writing and interview skills, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and team dynamics. The program aims to assist young people in career initiation, career establishment, career anchoring, and development, allowing them to spark ideas through peer interaction and exchange. The goal is to enhance their confidence and capabilities, thereby facilitating successful employment.
