計畫委請國立東華大學辦理，希借重高等教育體系之專業知能、學術研究量能與跨領域整合優勢，建構具系統性與前瞻性之支持架構，並以「扎根科研、跨域轉銜、融合創新及培力增能」為四大推動策略 ，期全面提升適應運動之教學品質與服務深度，並確保身心障礙學生平等參與體育課程，促進其身心發展與終身運動參與能力 。
一、是項計畫為競爭型計畫，將依各校申請之計畫類別提供經費補助，額度如下：
(一)初階型：最高核定補助金額為新臺幣（以下同）20萬元。
(二)進階型：最高核定補助金額30萬元。
(三)標竿型：最高核定補助金額40萬元。
二、申請作業與期程：
(一)申請期限：自即日起至115年6月23日止（紙本以郵戳為準）。
(二)申請方式：請依申請規範研提計畫，並於期限前將計畫書及經費表提供給研發處智慧財產及產學創業中心；另請申請教師同步將計畫書電子檔（Word檔及核章版PDF檔）上傳至東華大學規定之表單。

The Center hereby invites eligible faculty members to submit applications for the "Support Framework for Adaptive Sports Education" Project. Please refer to the attached documents for detailed information. All interested applicants are kindly requested to carefully review this announcement and all relevant regulations, and to submit their application materials to this Center (Contact: Chien-Hua Chu, ext. 11408; Chia-Ling Lee, ext. 22395) no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026 (Friday). Applications received after the deadline or with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
The project is entrusted to National Dong Hwa University, which will leverage its expertise in higher education, academic research capabilities, and interdisciplinary integration to establish a systematic and forward-looking support framework. The initiative will be guided by four core strategies: "Rooting in Research, Cross-Domain Transition, Integrated Innovation, and Capacity Building," aiming to comprehensively enhance the quality and depth of adaptive sports education and services, and to ensure equal participation of students with disabilities in physical education courses, thereby promoting their holistic development and lifelong engagement in sports.
**I. Funding Structure:**
This is a competitive project, and funding will be allocated according to the type of application submitted by each institution. The maximum grant amounts are as follows:
- **Basic Level:** Up to NT$200,000.
- **Advanced Level:** Up to NT$300,000.
- **Benchmark Level:** Up to NT$400,000.
**II. Application Process and Timeline:**
- **Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until June 23, 2026 (postmark date applies for paper submissions).
- **Application Method:** Applicants are required to prepare their project proposal according to the guidelines and submit the proposal and budget form to the Intellectual Property and Industry-Academia Collaboration Center of the Research and Development Office before the deadline. Additionally, applicants must simultaneously upload the electronic version of the proposal (Word document and stamped PDF document) to the designated form on National Dong Hwa University's platform.
