一、依據勞動部115年度直轄市、縣（市）政府申請就業安定基金補助計畫審查意見辦理。
二、旨揭計畫係為提供設籍本縣大專青年學生暑期工讀機會，協助其透過實務工作經驗培養正確的工作態度及價值觀，作為未來投入職場作之準備。
三、今（115）年度提供164名工讀職缺，工讀期間自115 年7 月1日至8月31日止，每月薪資為新臺幣2萬9,500元整。
四、報名期間：自115年4月21日起至115年5月4日止。
五、報名者應具備之資格條件：
六、(一)設籍本縣滿4個月以上，且年齡在29歲以下之大專青年學生。
七、(二)具有國內正式學籍，現就讀國內各大學（一至三年級學生 ）、四技（一至三年級學生）、二技或二專（一年級學生）、五專（四年級學生），不包含僑外生、應屆畢業生、五專三年級以下學生、進修部、空中大學學生、研究生及高中職三年級應屆畢業生。
八、(三)未曾錄取本府辦理之青年學生公部門暑期工讀者。

十、請勞動部勞動力發展署中彰投分署惠予協助揭露於台灣就業通網站。

I. This is in accordance with the review opinions issued by the Ministry of Labor regarding the 2026 Employment Stabilization Fund subsidy application plan for municipal and county (city) governments.
II. The purpose of this plan is to provide summer work-study opportunities for college students registered as residents of this county, helping them cultivate a positive work ethic and values through practical work experience as preparation for future entry into the workforce.
3. For the current (2026) fiscal year, 164 part-time positions are available. The work period runs from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, with a monthly salary of NT$29,500.
4. Application Period: From April 21, 2026, to May 4, 2026.
V. Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:
VI. (1) College students aged 29 or younger who have been registered residents of this county for at least four months.
VII. (2) Applicants must be officially enrolled in a domestic institution and currently attending a university (first through third-year students), a four-year technical college (first through third-year students), a two-year technical college or junior college (first-year students), or a five-year technical college (fourth-year students). Excluded are overseas Chinese and international students, graduating seniors, students in the third year or below of a five-year technical college, students in continuing education programs, Open University students, graduate students, and graduating seniors in the third year of senior high school or vocational high school.
8. (3) Applicants must not have previously been selected for the summer internship program for young students in the public sector organized by this government.
