為鼓勵研究創新，表彰發明、新型及設計之優秀創作者，智慧財產局辦理「國家發明創作獎」，透過遴選與獎勵機制，表揚傑出創作者，以促進創新風氣，帶動產業科技發展。
一、得獎者將由經濟部頒發獎座及獎狀，本屆總獎金新臺幣880萬元，最高可獲新臺幣40萬元獎助金；另可於「台灣創新技術博覽會-臺灣專利超級站」專館免費展示，結合展覽、技術發表及產業媒合等資源，協助得獎專利鏈結產業並開拓市場。
二、為協助得獎專利擴大應用，並提升市場影響力，智財局推動品牌標誌授權機制。得獎專利得依規定申請使用「國家發明創作獎」品牌商標進行宣傳，為技術成果加值背書，將國家級榮耀轉化為具體品牌優勢，提升產品競爭力，加速市場拓展。
三、本屆甄選自115年5月4日起至7月31日止開放受理線上報名。

To encourage research innovation and recognize outstanding creators in the fields of invention, utility model, and design, the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is hosting the "National Invention Creation Awards." Through a rigorous selection and reward mechanism, this initiative aims to honor exceptional creators, foster an innovative culture, and drive the development of industrial technology.
**1.** Winners will be awarded plaques and certificates by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The total prize fund for this year is NT$8.8 million, with the highest individual award reaching up to NT$400,000. Additionally, winners will have the opportunity to showcase their work for free at the "Taiwan Innovation Technology Expo - Taiwan Patent Super Station," a dedicated exhibition hall that combines exhibitions, technology presentations, and industry matchmaking resources to help connect winning patents with industry partners and expand market opportunities.
**2.** To further promote the application of winning patents and enhance their market impact, the IPO has established a brand logo licensing mechanism. Winning patent holders may apply for the use of the "National Invention Creation Awards" brand trademark for promotional purposes, thereby adding value to their technological achievements. This national-level recognition will be transformed into a tangible brand advantage, enhancing product competitiveness and accelerating market expansion.
**3.** The application period for this year's selection is open from May 4, 2026, to July 31, 2026, and online registration is available during this period.
