一、本公司為培育行動通信網路、基地台建設及維運人員，預計招募37人，並依職務所需專業技術提供養成培訓，培訓合格始由本公司正式僱用。
二、招募相關資訊說明如下：
(一)報名期間：115年4月24日(五)12：00起，至5月15日(五)17：00止。
(二)報名資格：
1、學歷：教育部認可之國內外大學(學士)含以上畢業。
2、科系：符合教育部學科分類標準之下列領域：
(1)、【05】自然科學、數學及統計領域。
(2)、【06】資訊通訊科技領域。
(3)、【07】工程、製造及營建領域。

(四)其他事項請參閱附件遴選簡章。

I. To cultivate personnel for mobile communication networks, base station construction, and operations and maintenance, the Company plans to recruit 37 individuals. We will provide training tailored to the professional skills required for each position, and successful trainees will be formally employed by the Company upon completion of the training.
II. Details regarding the recruitment are as follows:
(1) Application Period: From 12:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2026, to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2026.
(2) Eligibility Requirements:
1. Education: Graduates with a bachelor is degree or higher from universities (domestic or international) recognized by the Ministry of Education.
2. Academic Disciplines: Must fall under the following fields as defined by the Ministry of Education is subject classification standards:
(1) [05] Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Statistics.
(2) [06] Information and Communication Technology.
(3) [07] Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction.
