各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為辦理115學年住宿申請事宜，請所有需住宿之同學（包含已申請單雙人房者）
務必於指定時程內完成線上申請作業，以利後續審核及分配宿舍資源。
本次住宿申請作業流程如下：
1. 請於2026年4月27日上午8時至4月30日下午5時30分止，使用慈濟大學Google Apps登入並填寫住宿申請表單。
2. 申請表單網址：https://forms.gle/MfLyStJLt8LWben9A
3. 請務必填寫正確學號，若填寫錯誤將取消申請資格。
4. 審核結果將於115年5月5日下午22:00前公告於相關系統。
5. 審核標準依《慈濟大學大學部以上學生宿舍住宿輔導辦法》第四條第2項第2點辦理，相關辦法內容請參閱：https://life.tcu.edu.tw/?page_id=987
6. 其他未盡事宜，依宿舍相關規定辦理。

審核結果公告時間：115年5月5日下午22:00前

**Announcement Regarding the Application for Dormitory Accommodation for Academic Year 115**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To facilitate the dormitory accommodation application process for Academic Year 115, all students requiring accommodation (including those who have already applied for single or double rooms) are required to complete the online application within the designated timeframe to ensure subsequent review and allocation of dormitory resources.
The application process is as follows:
1. Please log in to the Tzu Chi University Google Apps and complete the accommodation application form between 8:00 AM on April 27, 2026, and 5:30 PM on April 30, 2026.
2. Application Form URL: https://forms.gle/MfLyStJLt8LWben9A
3. Please ensure that your student ID is entered correctly; incorrect entries will result in disqualification from the application.
4. The review results will be announced on the relevant system by 10:00 PM on May 5, 115.
5. The review criteria will be conducted in accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 2, Item 2 of the "Guidelines for Dormitory Accommodation for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students at Tzu Chi University." For details, please refer to: https://life.tcu.edu.tw/?page_id=987
6. The content of this announcement shall be based on the Chinese version.
