一、活動緣起
為培育學生面對職場的挑戰、滿足產業界對「創新能力」、「敬業與負責任」
及「合作能力」求才之需求。設計規劃社團實用課程及課外學習方案，以鼓
勵學生經由參與、體驗、反思等歷程，培養多元能力，並輔導考取學生社團
經營師證照。
二、活動目的
（一）為厚植學生社團幹部之專業經營能力，提升社團活動之品質及滿意
度。
（二）提供社團幹部學習相關專業知能，轉導參與「社團經營師」專業認
證，強化社團經營與管理的效能，取得校園師生的認同與信任。
三、證照價值
（一）區別社團人與非社團人之不同，社團人是態度、熱忱、溝通、人
際、團隊 合作等能力之養成教育最佳場所。而學生社團需要用心經
營，經營之道即是一門藝術，與經營一家公司、非營利組織大同小異，
有利在未來就業競爭力中脫穎。
（二）對有意投入學校學生事務處服務者，取得社團經營師將成為重要的
條件之一。
（三）目前本學會所辦理『社團經營師』之資格認證，已通過教育部委託
國立雲林科技大學管理之校務基本資料庫認證，證照代碼為 7376。

**Announcement: Training Program for Student Organization Management Certification**
**I. Background of the Activity**
To prepare students for the challenges of the workplace and to meet the industry is demand for “innovative ability,” “dedication and responsibility,” and “collaborative skills,” this program has been designed to offer practical club courses and extracurricular learning opportunities. The aim is to encourage students to develop diverse competencies through participation, experience, and reflection, while also guiding them to obtain the Student Organization Management Certification.
**II. Objectives of the Activity**
(1) To enhance the professional management capabilities of student organization leaders, thereby improving the quality and satisfaction of club activities.
(2) To provide club leaders with relevant professional knowledge and skills, guiding them toward the “Student Organization Management” professional certification. This will strengthen the effectiveness of club management and foster recognition and trust among students and faculty within the campus.
**III. Value of the Certification**
(1) The distinction between club members and non-club members lies in the cultivation of attitudes, enthusiasm, communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Student organizations require dedicated management, and the principles of management are akin to those of running a company or a non-profit organization, providing a competitive edge in future employment.
(2) For those interested in serving in the Office of Student Affairs, obtaining the Student Organization Management Certification will be an important qualification.
(3) The “Student Organization Management” certification organized by this association has been accredited by the Basic Institutional Data System (BIDS) managed by National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, commissioned by the Ministry of Education. The certification code is 7376.

**VII. Participants**
Primarily current or former student organization leaders and officers from Providence University. Students from other universities in the central region who wish to participate in the training are also welcome. A total of 50 participants are expected.

**IX. Criteria for Issuing the Certificate of Completion**
Absences must not exceed 3 hours of the total course duration.
**X. Criteria for Issuing the Student Organization Management Certification and Examination Date**
(1) Participants must have obtained the Certificate of Completion.
(2) Participants must pass the written examination (minimum score of 70).
(3) The examination date will be announced separately. The examination fee is NT$800 (to be paid separately).
