國立臺中教育大學辦理勞動部勞動力發展署北基宜花金馬分署「產業新尖兵計畫」，特開設「半導體軟硬體與 AI 大數據人才培訓班（第3梯次）」
一、旨揭班別為「半導體軟硬體與 AI 大數據人才培訓班（第3梯次）」，課程內容涵蓋半導體產業概論、半導體程式語言實作、半導體軟體設計、半導體硬體設計、半導體軟硬體互動設計、半導體科技專題實作、AI 大數據資料處理、半導體產品行銷、企業參訪及就業媒合等，培養學員具備半導體及 AI 大數據領域之專業知能與實務能力，以協助青年就業。
二、培訓對象為15歲至29歲之本國籍失業青年，且須具高中職（含）以上學歷及非日間部學生身分；符合資格者得申請勞動部「產業新尖兵計畫」補助訓練費用，最高10萬元。另訓練期間符合相關規定者，得依規申請學習獎勵金。
三、本課程訓練期間為115年6月30日至115年8月21日，甄試日期為115年6月27日，上課時間為週一至週五上午8時30分至下午5時30分，共計314小時，上課地點 為台北市中正區忠孝西路一段72號8樓之14（華山開心教室802教室）。
四、課程每人訓練費用為新臺幣95,555元；符合「產業新尖兵計畫」補助資格參訓者，僅須先行繳交自付額新臺幣1萬元，結訓後符合相關規定並順利就業者，得依規申請補助退回。

National Taichung University of Education is organizing the “New Industry Pioneers Program” commissioned by the Taipei, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branch of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, and is offering the “Semiconductor Hardware and Software, AI, and Big Data Talent Training Course (3rd Cohort).”
I. The course in question is the “Semiconductor Hardware and Software, AI, and Big Data Talent Training Course (3rd Cohort),” The curriculum covers an overview of the semiconductor industry, practical application of semiconductor programming languages, semiconductor software design, semiconductor hardware design, interactive design of semiconductor hardware and software, practical semiconductor technology projects, AI and big data processing, semiconductor product marketing, company visits, and job placement services. The program aims to equip participants with professional knowledge and practical skills in the fields of semiconductors and AI/big data to assist young people in securing employment.
2. The training is open to unemployed Taiwanese nationals aged 15 to 29 who hold a high school or vocational school diploma (or higher) and are not currently enrolled in a full-time daytime program. Eligible participants may apply for training cost subsidies under the Ministry of Labor is “New Industry Pioneers Program,” with a maximum subsidy of NT$100,000. Additionally, participants who meet relevant requirements during the training period may apply for a study incentive grant in accordance with regulations.
3. The training period for this course is from June 30, 2026, to August 21, 2026. The entrance examination will be held on June 27, 2026. Classes will be held Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 314 hours. The training location is Room 14, 8th Floor, No. 72, Section 1, Zhongxiao West Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City (Classroom 802, Huashan Happy Classroom).
IV. The training fee per person is NT$95,555. Participants eligible for subsidies under the “Industrial New Vanguard Program” need only pay an initial co-payment of NT$10,000. Upon successful completion of the course and securing employment in accordance with relevant regulations, participants may apply for a refund of the subsidy in accordance with the regulations.
