一、 重要提醒:
1. 本項獎助金係依據《台灣蓁心醫教公益協會委託慈濟大學代辦本校學生參與偏鄉及部落服務
獎學金》辦理。
2. 申請時程:
◎114-2申請時程:115年04月20日-115年07月17日止。
◎115-1申請時程:115年08月01日-115年11月30日止。
三、申請對象及資料繳交地點與窗口:凡該校在學之護理科及護理系學生,品學合於規定標準且未領取他項獎學金與公費者。

四、申請資格:
1.學業(智育)成績須達65分(含)以上,德育(操行)成績須達70分(含)以上,且無小過(含三支申誡累計)以上處分紀錄(含銷過前紀錄)。
2.申請學生須參加偏鄉或部落的志工服務;志工計算時間為當學期02月01日至07月31日和08月01至01月31日止。
五、應繳資料:(繳交前請詳閱並確認資料正確)
1.學生系統申請書(含同意書)—學生本人務必簽名。
2.偏鄉或部落志工服務活動的時數證明文件。。
3.參與服務活動之工作內容說明一份,需檢附佐證照片(格式不限)。
4.導師或社團指導老師或志工服務隊帶隊老師之推薦函一封。
5.其他有利於審核的相關文件可檢附提供參考,如清寒證明或獲獎資料等。

**Announcement: Application for the Taiwan Zhenxin Medical and Education Charity Association Scholarship for Service in Rural and Indigenous Communities**
**Important Notice:**
1. This scholarship is administered by Tzu Chi University on behalf of the Taiwan Zhenxin Medical and Education Charity Association, in accordance with the regulations of the "Taiwan Zhenxin Medical and Education Charity Association Scholarship for Tzu Chi University Students Participating in Rural and Indigenous Community Service."
2. Application Periods:
- For the 114-2 semester: April 20, 2026, to July 17, 2026.
- For the 115-1 semester: August 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
**Eligibility and Submission Location:**
All currently enrolled students in the Nursing Department and Nursing Program at this university who meet the academic and conduct standards, and who have not received other scholarships or government-funded benefits, are eligible to apply.

**Application Criteria:**
1. Academic (Intellectual) performance must be 65 points or higher, and Conduct (Moral) performance must be 70 points or higher. Applicants must not have received any minor or more severe disciplinary actions (including cumulative warnings) prior to or after the application.
2. Applicants must participate in volunteer service in rural or indigenous communities. Volunteer hours are calculated from February 1 to July 31 and from August 1 to January 31 of the academic year.
**Required Documents:**
(Please review and confirm the accuracy of all documents before submission.)
1. Application form from the student system (including consent form)—must be personally signed by the student.
2. Proof of volunteer service hours in rural or indigenous communities.
3. A written description of the service activities, accompanied by supporting photos (format不限).
4. A recommendation letter from the student's advisor, club supervisor, or volunteer service team leader.
5. Any other relevant documents that may assist in the review process, such as proof of financial hardship or award certificates, may also be submitted.
