 主  旨  【學雜費減免】115-1學雜費減免申請時程1150608-1150618止(含繳件)Tuition and miscellaneous fee reduction application period for the 115-1 semester: June 8, 2026 to June 18, 2026 (inclusive of submission).

請務必詳閱規定,準備完整資料,以免影響補助權益。
一、重要提醒:
◎各項獎助學金及學雜費減免不得重複申請,如有重複請領,須退回補助金額。
◎各類補助皆依教育部規定辦理。
◎依規定,年滿18歲者為成年人,教育部規定若申請身份為單親家庭,須提供雙方家長資料(父親及母親)。
二、申請期間:1150608-1150618止(學生資訊系統將於此期間開放申請,並須同步繳交紙本資料)
三、資料繳交地點與窗口:
◎資料繳交:各校區學務處可代收學務處。
※日間部:
五專前三年-負責窗口建國校區學務處生活輔導組林亞薇 (03)857-2158#22397。
其他學制-負責窗口中央校區學務處生活輔導組林欣儀 (03)856-5301#11202。
※進修部及30+大學試辦計畫:
社會教育推廣處進修教育組03-8565301#11705。
四、應繳資料:(繳交前請詳閱並確認資料正確)
1.學生系統申請書(含同意書)—學生本人務必簽名。
2.115-1開學日為9月,戶籍謄本(需三個月內)正本需115年6月以後開立之,或新式戶口名簿完整影本(含父母/監護人與學生本人,含記事欄),若繳交戶口名簿影本,須另附內政部「戶口名簿請領紀錄證明」。
註:(1)戶籍若不同請分別附上。
(2) 線上填寫後,務必列印申請書(含同意書)並將相關附件繳交至承辦人手中才算申請完成,同學可自行上學生系統查詢狀態是否更改為“已收件”,更改為“已收件”代表承辦人員收到資料,並確認資料無誤。
五、身份別及應附證明文件:
1.原住民籍學生。(包含原住民獎助生)
2.身心障礙學生及身心障礙子女-請準備有效期限內身心障礙證明影本(須檢視正本)。(提供正本並列印彩色影本至承辦人檢驗)
3.特殊境遇家庭子女 -請準備 115年有效期限內相關公文(須由縣市政府或鄉鎮機關所開立)。
4.低收入戶家庭-請準備115年有效期限內低收入戶正本(需含同學名字),需有列印申請日期(三個月內)。(臺北市請由臺北通APP列印)
5.中低收入戶家庭-請準備115年有效期限內中低收入戶正本(需含同學名字),需有列印申請日期 (三個月內)。(臺北市請由臺北通APP列印)
6.軍公教遺族-請準備有效期限內相關證明、教育部申請書一式二份。

**Important Reminders:**
- Applications for scholarships, financial aid, and tuition waivers cannot be submitted for overlapping categories. If duplicate applications are detected, the relevant financial assistance will be required to be returned.
- All forms of financial assistance are administered in accordance with regulations set by the Ministry of Education.
- According to regulations, individuals who are 18 years of age or older are considered adults. For applications under the "single-parent family" category, both parents' information (father and mother) must be provided.

**Application Period:**
- Applications will be accepted from June 8, 2026, to June 18, 2026. The Student Information System will be open for online submissions during this period, and hard copies of the required documents must be submitted simultaneously.

**Submission Locations and Contact Persons:**
- **Daytime Programs:**
- Five-Year Vocational Program (First Three Years): Ms. Ya-Wei Lin, Student Affairs Office, Chien-Kuo Campus, (03) 857-2158 ext. 22397.

- **Evening Programs and 30+ University Pilot Program:**

**Required Documents:**
- Please review and confirm the accuracy of all documents before submission.
1. Application Form (including consent form) from the Student Information System—must be signed by the student.
2. Household Registration Extract (issued within the last three months, dated after June 2026) or a complete copy of the new-style household register (including the student, parents/guardians, and the annotation section). If submitting a copy of the household register, an additional certificate of issuance from the Ministry of the Interior must be provided.
- Note: (1) If household registrations are different, please submit them separately.
- (2) After completing the online application, print the application form (including the consent form) and submit the relevant attachments to the designated contact person. The application is considered complete once the status in the Student Information System is updated to "Received," indicating that the contact person has received and verified the documents.

**Categories and Required Supporting Documents:**
1. Indigenous Students (including Indigenous Scholarship Recipients).
2. Students with Disabilities and Children of Parents with Disabilities—Prepare a valid copy of the disability certificate (original must be presented for verification). (Provide the original and a color-printed copy for verification by the contact person).
3. Children from Special Circumstances Families—Prepare official documents issued by the county/city government or township office within the validity period of 2026.
4. Low-Income Households—Prepare the original low-income household certificate (including the student's name) with a printed application date within the last three months. (For Taipei City applicants, please print via the Taipei Pass APP).
5. Medium-Low-Income Households—Prepare the original medium-low-income household certificate (including the student's name) with a printed application date within the last three months. (For Taipei City applicants, please print via the Taipei Pass APP).
6. Children of Military, Government, or Education Personnel—Prepare valid supporting documents and two copies of the Ministry of Education application form.
