115學年度第1學期行政院減免學雜費補助說明：為落實教育部自113年起實施之助學補助政策，拉近公私立學校學雜費差距，提供符合資格之學生相關補助，說明如下：
一、補助金額與方式：補助金額為 17,500元，將直接於學雜費單中扣除，顯示項目為「行政院減免學雜費」。
二、補助對象：
1. 日間部：五專四、五年級、二技部、大學部。
2. 進修部及30+大學試辦計畫：補助金額依學分數計算。
三、 申請限制與注意事項：
1. 補助僅限具有本國國籍，且學籍經核備在案之學生。
2. 不得重複請領教育部或其他政府單位之補助。
3. 若曾請領相關補助，補助視為不符資格，需繳回補助金額。
4. 各類補助不得同時請領，若發生重複請領情形，須全額退回。
四、操作說明：
◎學生可於學生資訊系統 → 處理事項中，操作是否放棄此項補助。
◎若不欲接受補助，請於系統中選擇「放棄」。
◎若選擇「不放棄」，此項目將不會持續出現在「處理事項」中。
五、提醒事項：各項獎助學金與補助不得同時請領，請確認自身補助狀況以避免重複。

**Announcement: Subsidy for Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Reduction by the Executive Yuan for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 115**
To implement the Ministry of Education is student assistance policy, which commenced in Academic Year 113, and to bridge the gap in tuition and miscellaneous fees between public and private institutions, eligible students will receive the following subsidy:
**1. Subsidy Amount and Method:**
The subsidy amount is NT$17,500, which will be directly deducted from the tuition and miscellaneous fees invoice, with the item listed as “Executive Yuan Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Reduction.”
**2. Eligible Recipients:**
- **Day Division:** Students in the fourth and fifth years of the five-year vocational program, second-year associate degree program, and undergraduate program.
- **Continuing Education Division and the 30+ University Pilot Program:** The subsidy amount is calculated based on the number of credits.
**3. Application Restrictions and Notes:**
- The subsidy is only available to students who are citizens of Taiwan and whose enrollment status has been officially verified.
- Recipients may not simultaneously receive subsidies from the Ministry of Education or other government agencies.
- If a student has previously received a similar subsidy, they will be deemed ineligible and must return the subsidy amount.
- If any overlap in subsidy applications is discovered, the full amount of the subsidy must be returned.
**4. Operational Instructions:**
- Students may choose to forgo this subsidy through the Student Information System under the “To-Do Items” section.
- If a student does not wish to receive the subsidy, they should select “Forfeit” in the system.
- If a student chooses “Do Not Forfeit,” this item will no longer appear in the “To-Do Items” section.
**5. Important Reminders:**
Students are reminded that various scholarships and subsidies cannot be claimed simultaneously. Please verify your subsidy status to avoid duplication.
