一、為培養學生對低碳旅遊、永續發展及環境議題之認識外，亦透過影音創作提升北門、四草或七股之能見度，呈現臺南濕地之生態、文化與地方生活等獨特性，強化大眾對臺南濱海地區觀光特色與地方價值之認識。
二、競賽活動相關訊息如下：

(二)得獎名單公告：115年05月29日（五）17：00前。

**Announcement: Call for Submissions – Low-Carbon Tourism and Sustainable Development Video Competition**
To foster students i understanding of low-carbon tourism, sustainable development, and environmental issues, this competition also aims to enhance the visibility of Beimen, Sicao, and Qigu through audiovisual creation. Participants are encouraged to showcase the unique ecological, cultural, and local lifestyle characteristics of Tainan is wetlands, thereby strengthening the public is awareness of the tourism highlights and local value of Tainan is coastal areas.
**Competition Details:**
1. **Submission Deadline:** 23:59 on May 6, 2026 (Saturday).
2. **Announcement of Winners:** Before 17:00 on May 29, 2026 (Friday).
3. **Exhibition and Award Ceremony:** May 12, 2026 (Friday).
