一、報名簡章詳摘要如下：
(一)比賽時間:115年6月28日(星期日)9:00-16:00。
(二)比賽地點:新北市客家文化園區(三峽區隆恩街239號)。
(三)報名日期:即日起額滿為止。
(四)比賽組別：
1、演講組
(1)、國小組：30名。
(2)、國高中及大專組：30名。
2、朗讀組
(1)、國小甲組(4-6年級)：40名。
(2)、國小乙組(1-3年級)：20名。
3、幼幼童謠組：公私立幼稚園之學生，以團體報名，每組2人，共10組，本組上限為20人。
4、情境對話組：，共10組。
二、評分標準：
(一)演講及情境對話組：語音(45%)、內容(45%)、儀態(10%)。
(二)朗讀組：語音(50%)、聲情(40%)、儀態(10%)。
(三)幼幼童謠組：語音(50%)、聲情(40%)、儀態(10%)。
三、獎勵方式：
(一)第一名獎金5,000元及獎盃一座。
(二)第二名獎金3,000元及獎盃一座。
(三)第三名獎金2,000元及獎盃一座。
(四)優勝者獎金500元。

**Announcement: Call for Participation in the New Taipei Hakka Cultural Park Speech and Recitation Competition**
**I. Summary of the Competition Guidelines**
1. **Competition Date:** Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. **Venue:** New Taipei Hakka Cultural Park, No. 239, Longen Street, Sanchong District, New Taipei City.
3. **Registration Period:** Open until all slots are filled.
4. **Competition Categories:**
- **Speech Category:**
- Elementary School Division: 30 participants.
- Junior/Senior High and College Division: 30 participants.
- **Recitation Category:**
- Elementary School Division A (Grades 4–6): 40 participants.
- Elementary School Division B (Grades 1–3): 20 participants.
- **Children is Rhyme Category:** Open to students from public and private kindergartens. Participants must register as a team of two, with a total of 10 teams (maximum 20 participants).
- **Role-Playing Dialogue Category:** 10 teams.
**II. Evaluation Criteria**
1. **Speech and Role-Playing Dialogue Categories:**
- Pronunciation: 45%
- Content: 45%
- Demeanor: 10%
2. **Recitation Category:**
- Pronunciation: 50%
- Expression: 40%
- Demeanor: 10%
3. **Children is Rhyme Category:**
- Pronunciation: 50%
- Expression: 40%
- Demeanor: 10%
**III. Prizes**
1. **First Place:** NT$5,000 cash prize and a trophy.
2. **Second Place:** NT$3,000 cash prize and a trophy.
3. **Third Place:** NT$2,000 cash prize and a trophy.
4. **Outstanding Performance:** NT$500 cash prize.
