一、活動主旨:為促進國際餐飲專業交流與技術創新,舉行使用馬鈴薯多元應用的研習課程與廚藝競賽,激發餐飲從業人員與相關科系學生之創意與實作能力。活動結合理論與實務,邀請國際專業講師分享最新餐飲趨勢與烹調技術,並藉由競賽形式鼓勵參與者發揮創新思維,展現馬鈴薯料理之多樣風貌與市場潛力,進一步提升國際餐飲競爭力與產業發展。

**I. Purpose of the Event**
To promote international exchange and technical innovation in the culinary field, this event will feature a workshop on the diverse applications of potatoes and a culinary competition. The aim is to inspire creativity and practical skills among culinary professionals and students in related disciplines. By integrating theory with practice, the event will invite international expert lecturers to share the latest culinary trends and cooking techniques. Through the competition format, participants will be encouraged to demonstrate innovative thinking, showcasing the diverse potential and market value of potato-based dishes, thereby enhancing international culinary competitiveness and industry development.

**(4) Eligibility:**
- High School/Vocational School Group: Currently enrolled students
- College/University Group: Currently enrolled students
The workshop welcomes participation from both teachers and students. However, the competition is exclusively for students; teachers are not eligible to participate in the competition.
