一、本院接受學校115年推薦，歡迎各校推薦不限年級優秀護理學生。
二、申請條件：申請人前一學年度之平均學業成績須達70分(含)以上，實習成績及操性成績皆須達80分(含)以上，經就讀學校推薦，符合資格者，經本院面試評核通過後擇優獎助。
三、獎助金額：每名學生每學期補助金額為新台幣六萬元整，一學年補助上下學期，共新台幣十二萬元整，並提供每名學生每學期一萬元整之生活獎助學金。
四、獎助名額：不限名額。
五、申請方法：申請獎助學金者，請依附件協助彙總學生之「護理(科)系獎助學金申請書」、「護理科系獎助學金服務契約書」、成績單（前一學年度）及相關資料，請於115年08月31日前郵寄(以郵戳為憑)至本院護理部 葉玲亞護理長。

I. This hospital is accepting recommendations from schools for the 2026 academic year and welcomes nominations of outstanding nursing students from all schools, regardless of grade level.
II. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must have achieved a GPA of 70 or higher in the previous academic year, with clinical practice and conduct grades of 80 or higher. Candidates must be recommended by their current school; those who meet the eligibility criteria will be selected for the scholarship based on merit following a successful interview and evaluation by this hospital.
3. Scholarship Amount: Each student will receive a subsidy of NT$60,000 per semester. For an academic year (covering both semesters), the total subsidy amounts to NT$120,000. Additionally, each student will receive a living allowance of NT$10,000 per semester.
4. Number of Recipients: There is no limit on the number of recipients.
V. Application Procedure: Applicants for scholarships and grants must compile the following documents as per the attached guidelines: the “Nursing Department Scholarship and Grant Application Form,” the “Nursing Department Scholarship and Grant Service Agreement,” transcripts (from the previous academic year), and any other relevant materials.
