當氣候變遷不再只是新聞上的數字，它如何實質影響我們餐桌上的每一口食物？本講座特別邀請國際流行病學權威 Colin D. Butler 教授，解析氣候變遷如何連鎖觸發全球糧食安全與營養危機。
Butler教授將深入探討：
1.不穩定的產地： 極端氣候如何改變農作物產量與營養成分。
2.公共衛生連鎖反應： 營養不良、傳染病風險與社會動盪的關聯性（Co-factors）。
3.全球不平等： 氣候變遷如何加劇貧富差距間的「糧食正義」問題。

When climate change is no longer just numbers in the news, how does it tangibly affect every bite of food on our tables? This lecture features internationally renowned epidemiologist Professor Colin D. Butler, who will analyze how climate change triggers cascading effects on global food security and nutritional crises.
Professor Butler will address the following key issues:
Unstable production regions: How extreme climate conditions alter crop yields and nutritional content.
Public health chain reactions: The interconnections (co-factors) among malnutrition, infectious disease risks, and social instability.
Global inequality: How climate change exacerbates the issue of “food justice” across socioeconomic divides.
