說明:
一、依據勞動部115年4月8日勞動發特字第1150504858號函辦理(檢附原函及附件)。
二、依優先採購身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場生產物品及服務辦法規定，義務採購單位辦理採購應優先採購身心障礙福利機構、身心障礙福利團體及庇護工場產品，其採購比率應達百分之十。
三、勞動部為鼓勵採購庇護工場產品或服務之績優單位，將列為該部金展獎-就業支持組之評選項目，對於評選績優單位予以公開表揚。。
四、另請本部國民及學前教育署轉國立高級中等以下學校知悉。
Announcement
**Explanation:**
1. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Labor, dated April 8, 2026, under Reference No. 1150504858 (attached for reference, including the original letter and annexes).
2. In accordance with the "Regulations for Priority Procurement of Goods and Services Produced by Institutions, Organizations, or Sheltered Workshops for Persons with Disabilities," procurement units are required to prioritize the purchase of products from institutions and organizations for persons with disabilities, as well as from sheltered workshops. The procurement ratio for such products must reach at least ten percent.
3. The Ministry of Labor encourages procurement units that excel in purchasing products or services from sheltered workshops. Such units will be considered for the Ministry's Golden Exhibition Awards—Employment Support Category. Outstanding units will be publicly commended.
4. Furthermore, please forward this notice to the National Education and Early Childhood Education Agency for dissemination to all national senior high schools and schools below the senior high level.
