主旨：為籌組115-117年本縣學校型態實驗教育業務，惠請貴校協予實驗教育審議會人選建議名
單，並於本(115)年4月24日(星期五)前回復本府，至紉公誼。
說明：
一、依據「學校型態實驗教育實施條例」第5條第2項辦理。
二、依前開規定略以，審議會委員應具有會計、財務金融、法律或教育專業，爰惠請貴校協助
推薦貴校相關學系之專家、學者（會計/財務金融相關2位、法律相關2位及教育相關2位），
所請推薦人選請兼顧性別考量，俾符法令規定。
三、本案審議對象為客家文化實驗學校鳳仁國小，其審議會委員任期為二年。
Subject:Request for Recommendations of Candidates for the Experimental Education Review Committee for the 115-117 School Year
Explanation:
1. This request is made in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations on School-Type Experimental Education.
2. As stipulated in the aforementioned regulations, members of the Review Committee should possess expertise in accounting, financial management, law, or education. We kindly request your university to recommend two experts in accounting/financial management, two in law, and two in education from your relevant departments. Please ensure that the recommended candidates reflect gender diversity, in compliance with legal requirements.
3. The review will focus on the Hakka Culture Experimental School, Fengren Elementary School, and the term of office for the Review Committee members will be two years.
Please submit your recommendations by Friday, April 24, 2026. |
