一、本計畫辦公室主要任務之一為協助教育部規劃深耕計畫相關交流工作坊。
二、工作坊資訊如下：
(一)第1場為「AI 智慧領航—校園全域轉型與師生賦能的整合實踐＿一般大學」：
1、時間：115年4月28日(星期二) 13時至17時。
2、分享學校：國立政治大學、國立宜蘭大學、淡江大學。
3、活動地點：本次工作坊以線上方式進行。
4、流程資訊詳見附件1。
(二)第2場為「AI 智慧領航—校園全域轉型與師生賦能的整合實踐＿技專校院」：
1、時間：115年 5月4日(星期一) 13時至17時。
2、分享學校：敏實科技大學、致理科技大學、正修科技大學。
3、活動地點：本次工作坊以線上方式進行。
4、流程資訊詳見附件2。

**I. Purpose of the Office**
One of the primary responsibilities of this office is to assist the Ministry of Education in planning and organizing workshops related to the Deepening Plan.
**II. Workshop Information**
**(1) First Session: "AI Smart Navigation—Integrated Implementation of Campus-Wide Transformation and Empowerment of Faculty and Students (General Universities)**
1. **Date and Time:** April 28, 2026 (Tuesday), 13:00–17:00.
2. **Presenting Institutions:** National Chengchi University, National Ilan University, Tamkang University.
3. **Venue:** This workshop will be conducted online.
4. **Agenda:** Please refer to Attachment 1 for detailed information.
**(2) Second Session: "AI Smart Navigation—Integrated Implementation of Campus-Wide Transformation and Empowerment of Faculty and Students (Technical and Vocational Colleges)**
1. **Date and Time:** May 4, 2026 (Monday), 13:00–17:00.
2. **Presenting Institutions:** Minsheng University of Science and Technology, Chihlee University of Commerce, Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology.
3. **Venue:** This workshop will be conducted online.
4. **Agenda:** Please refer to Attachment 2 for detailed information.
