說明：
一、依據本署「大學院校學生實習作業要點」辦理。
二、有關旨揭實習作業，係提供國內各大學院校及相關系所學生，瞭解及學習全民健康保險業務實際運作，以增進理論與實務相結合。
三、本署訂於每年7月1日至28日辦理大學院校學生暑期實習（如遇假日則順延），為期 4 週，共計 160 小時。
四、受理期間自每年3月1日起至4月30日止，以電子公文發文日或郵戳為憑，期間外恕不受理；本署受理申請後，依學生實習內容與本署可提供實習名額等相關需求進行分配，錄取名單將於當年 5月31日（含）以前公布於本署全球資訊網，並函復申請學校。

六、為落實節能減碳政策，自明（116）年度起，本署暑期實習作業逕行公告於上開網址，不再逐年函請各大院校轉知，敬請貴校轉知提醒。
**Announcement: Summer Internship Program for University Students**
**I. Purpose and Basis**
This program is conducted in accordance with the "Guidelines for University Student Internships" established by this Bureau.
**II. Program Overview**
The summer internship program is designed to provide students from universities and relevant departments across Taiwan with the opportunity to gain practical insights into the operations of the National Health Insurance (NHI) system. The program aims to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world experience in the field of health insurance.
**III. Program Schedule**
The summer internship is held annually from July 1st to July 28th (or the next business day if these dates fall on a holiday), lasting for a period of four weeks, totaling 160 hours.
**IV. Application Period and Process**
Applications are accepted from March 1st to April 30th each year. The deadline is determined by the date of electronic submission or the postmark. Applications received outside this period will not be considered. After receiving applications, the Bureau will allocate internships based on the students' requested internship content and the availability of positions. The list of selected interns will be published on the Bureau's official website by May 31st of the same year, and notification letters will be sent to the respective universities.
**V. Application Procedure**
Interested students and universities may download the application forms and related documents from the Bureau's official website under the "Important Policies" section, specifically the "University Student Internship Program" page (URL: https://gov.tw/3JN).
**VI. Environmental Policy**
To promote energy conservation and reduce carbon emissions, starting from the 2024 academic year, the Bureau will directly announce the summer internship program on the aforementioned website. The Bureau will no longer issue annual notifications to universities for further dissemination. We kindly request your university to inform and remind relevant students accordingly. |
