說明：
一、為提升本市青年職涯競爭力及能量，本局推動「大港青年職場實習及接軌計畫」，作為連結平台角色，持續與高雄市學校、相關企業交流合作，整合高雄市實習資源，與企業共同推動人才培育，為高雄青年學子網羅各行各業的實習職缺，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
二、適用實習申請對象為15-29歲設籍高雄市或於高雄就學之青年。
三、申請方式請逕至「大港青年實習站」搜尋職缺、投遞履歷，由各實習企業篩選面試及錄取，參與完成至少160小時實習時數，於實習期間企業提供符合勞動基準法規定之薪資；另為鼓勵青年留任就業，符合一定條件者，得申請轉正職留任獎勵金。
四、檢附活動海報電子檔（EDM）1份，請協助發布於學校網頁並轉知學生參與。

**Notice: Kaohsiung Youth Internship and Career Connection Program
To enhance the career competitiveness and capabilities of young people in Kaohsiung, the Bureau has launched the Kaohsiung Youth Internship and Career Connection Program. Acting as a connecting platform, the Bureau continues to collaborate with local schools and enterprises to integrate internship resources and jointly promote talent development. Through this initiative, we aim to provide Kaohsiung youth with internship opportunities across various industries.
**Eligibility:**
The program is open to young individuals aged 15 to 29 who are either registered residents of Kaohsiung or currently studying in the city.
**Application Process:**
Interested applicants should visit the "Kaohsiung Youth Internship Station" to search for available internships and submit their resumes. Each participating company will conduct its own screening, interviews, and selection process. Successful applicants are required to complete a minimum of 160 hours of internship, during which they will receive a salary in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Additionally, to encourage youth to transition into full-time employment, those who meet certain criteria may apply for a reward grant for permanent employment.
