提供學生展現創意、發揮所學的平台，培養學生創新能力、創意思維、創業精神，學習將想法化為實際行動，並藉由培育課程與舉辦「創業」與「發明」競賽，加強學生的創意實用性，進而激發學生的無限潛能與增廣視野。

(三)初選結果公佈日期：115年5月19日。
