說明：
1.為使各單位了解旨揭補助計畫內容（作業須知如附件1），爰舉辦4場補助計畫徵件說明會，會議議程詳如附件2，敬請踴躍參與。
2.請協助轉知全國醫療(醫事)、護理機構、社會福利、長照服務機構、公私立大專院校、非營利社團法人、財團法人、食品或餐飲業者等單位參與，並於活動前一日前填寫線上報名表單

**Notice Regarding the Information Session for the "115th Nutrition and Healthy Diet Promotion Program" Grant Scheme**
The Department of Health, Ministry of Health and Welfare, is organizing an information session regarding the "115th Nutrition and Healthy Diet Promotion Program" grant scheme. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information and encouraging relevant units to participate actively.
**Explanation:**
1. To ensure all units understand the details of the aforementioned grant scheme (please refer to Attachment 1 for operational guidelines), we are holding four information sessions. The detailed agenda for these sessions is provided in Attachment 2. We sincerely invite your active participation.
2. We kindly request your assistance in notifying relevant organizations, including healthcare (medical) institutions, nursing institutions, social welfare organizations, long-term care service providers, public and private universities and colleges, non-profit organizations, foundations, and food or catering businesses, to participate.
