函轉花蓮縣衛生局菸害防制宣導訊息----
(一)國家公園風景區、遊憩區、遊客中心及其周邊空間、公園 綠地，除吸菸區外，全面禁菸，違者處新臺幤2,000元~ 10,000元罰鍰。
(二)任何人不得供應菸品、指定菸品必要之組合元件予未滿20 歲之人，亦不得以強迫、引誘或其他方式使孕婦或未滿20 歲之人吸菸，違者處新臺幣1萬至25萬元罰鍰。
(三)大眾運輸工具、計程車、遊覽車、車站禁止使用任何菸品，最高可處1萬元罰鍰。
(四)公園綠地、運動場、國高中小學、幼兒園及醫療機構為禁菸場所，請勿吸菸，違者處新臺幤2,000元~10,000元罰 鍰。
(五)拿回生命掌控權，請撥打免費戒菸專線0800-636363 ，健康滿分、幸福加分！
(六)全面禁止電子煙及未經健康風險評估審查通過之指定菸品 (加熱菸)，使用者最高可處1萬元罰鍰。
(七)小心觸法！現已全面禁止電子煙，電子煙有致癌、爆炸等危害，無法戒菸，違者處新臺幤2,000元~10,000元罰 鍰！
(八)邀您實踐無菸環境，大專院校、幼兒園、托嬰中心等場所全面禁菸。
(九)出國返台禁止攜帶電子煙及未經核可之加熱菸，違者處5萬至500萬罰鍰！
(十)大專院校及各級學校、幼兒園、托嬰中心及居家式托育所 等室內外公共場所，全面禁菸；酒吧、夜店(除經核准通過之獨立空調及獨立隔間的室內吸菸室除外) ，全面禁 菸。
(十一)大專院校及各級學校內外、室外體育場、游泳池或其他公 眾休閒娛樂之室外場所，全面禁菸，違者處新臺幤2,000元 ~10,000元罰鍰。
(十二)老人福利機構所在之室內場所全面禁菸，室外場所除吸菸區外，全面禁菸，違者處新臺幣2,000元~10,000元罰鍰。
(十三)18歲以上使用戒菸門診，不分對象皆免收戒菸輔助用藥部分負擔費用，請上花蓮縣衛生局網站洽詢本縣各合約醫事機構。
FORWARDED FROM THE HUALIEN COUNTY HEALTH BUREAU: PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY ON TOBACCO CONTROL
The following regulations regarding tobacco control have been implemented. Please take note and comply accordingly:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in national park scenic areas, recreational zones, visitor centers, and their surrounding spaces, as well as in parks and green spaces, except in designated smoking areas. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
2. It is unlawful to provide tobacco products or essential components thereof to individuals under the age of 20, or to compel, entice, or otherwise induce pregnant women or individuals under the age of 20 to smoke. Violators will be fined between NT$10,000 and NT$250,000.
3. The use of any tobacco products is prohibited on public transportation, including taxis and coaches, as well as in stations. Violators may be fined up to NT$10,000.
4. Parks and green spaces, sports fields, elementary, secondary, and higher education institutions, kindergartens, and medical institutions are designated as smoke-free zones. Smoking is strictly prohibited in these areas. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.

6. The use of electronic cigarettes and designated tobacco products (including heated tobacco products) that have not undergone health risk assessment and approval is strictly prohibited. Violators may be fined up to NT$10,000.
7. Be mindful of the law! The use of electronic cigarettes is now fully prohibited. Electronic cigarettes pose risks of cancer and explosion and are not effective for smoking cessation. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
8. We invite you to help create a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all college and university campuses, kindergartens, daycare centers, and similar facilities.
9. Upon returning to Taiwan from abroad, it is prohibited to carry electronic cigarettes or unapproved heated tobacco products. Violators will be fined between NT$50,000 and NT$5,000,000.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor public spaces of colleges and universities, as well as in elementary, secondary, and higher education institutions, kindergartens, daycare centers, and home-based childcare services. The only exception is in independently ventilated and partitioned indoor smoking rooms in bars and nightclubs that have been approved.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all outdoor areas of colleges and universities, outdoor sports fields, swimming pools, and other public recreational spaces. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of elderly welfare institutions. Smoking is also prohibited in outdoor areas except in designated smoking areas. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
13. Individuals aged 18 and above may use smoking cessation clinics without any out-of-pocket expenses for smoking cessation medications. For more information, please visit the Hualien County Health Bureau website to contact contracted healthcare providers in the county.
