一、金融服務業為我國重要產業之一，其員工薪酬及未來發展性亦居產業領先地位；為響應金融監督管理委員會鼓勵金融服務業投入社會公益之理念，主辦單位臺灣集保結算所股份有限公司爰邀請金融、證券及期貨等周邊單位共襄盛舉辦理「大專生金融就業公益專班」(以下簡稱本專班)，自104學年起已辦理11屆，成果豐碩。
二、115學年度(第12屆)預定於全國8所大學各辦理1班，預計每班招收50至80名家庭經濟需協助之大專生，藉由免費專業課程訓練，通過相關金融證照測驗，強化就業競爭力，結訓後亦提供金融服務業就業媒合機會，期能協助學子掌握未來，進而改善家庭經濟。
三、本專班課程時數合計170小時，包括證照測驗9小時與課後評量14小時；培訓對象為不限科系且經濟弱勢之大專應屆畢業生(即116年6月畢業之大專生)，以及符合清寒條件碩士班研究生(限116年6月畢業之一般生)與非清寒身心障礙學生(限116年6月畢業之應屆畢業大專生及研究生)，預定於115年9月至116年3月假8所開課大學辦理。
四、本專班學員在上課時可領取每小時210元生活補助費(按月撥發)，並全額補助指定金融證照考試報名費用，另提供其他金融證照考取獎勵金等多項激勵措施。

I. The financial services industry is one of Taiwan is key sectors, and its employee compensation and future growth prospects are among the highest in the industry; In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission is initiative encouraging the financial services sector to contribute to social welfare, the organizer, Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation, has invited related entities in the finance, securities, and futures sectors to jointly organize the “Public Welfare Program for College Students Seeking Employment in Finance” (hereinafter referred to as “this program”). Since the 2015 academic year, the program has been held for 11 sessions, yielding fruitful results.
II. For the 2016-2017 academic year (the 12th session), one class is scheduled to be held at each of eight universities nationwide. Each class is expected to enroll 50 to 80 college students from families in need of financial assistance. Through free professional training courses and preparation for relevant financial certification exams, the program aims to enhance participants i employability. Upon completion, employment matching opportunities within the financial services industry will be provided, with the goal of helping students secure their future and, in turn, improve their families i financial circumstances.
III. The total course duration for this program is 170 hours, including 9 hours for certification exams and 14 hours for post-course assessments; The program is open to economically disadvantaged college students from any major who are graduating this year (i.e., those graduating in June 2027), as well as master is students who meet the criteria for financial hardship (limited to regular students graduating in June 2027) and non-financially disadvantaged students with disabilities (limited to college students and graduate students graduating in June 2027). The program is scheduled to be held from September 2026 to March 2027 at eight participating universities.
IV. Participants in this program will receive a monthly living allowance of NT$210 per hour during the course period, and the full cost of registration for designated financial certification exams will be covered. Additionally, various incentive measures, such as bonuses for passing other financial certification exams, will be provided.
