一、為促進雲林縣青年多元發展層次與廣度，規劃辦理「2026雲林縣歌唱人才培訓計畫–【雲耀星聲】歌唱選秀大賞」活動，以此培養與厚植本縣青世代影音產業潛力，希冀透過音樂歌唱技巧的理論課程，搭配實務的青年歌唱競賽方式。
二、旨揭活動內容概述如下：
(一)報名日期：即日起至115年6月30日(星期日)止。
(二)報名對象：與雲林縣有連結之15-35歲青年皆可報名。
(三)活動賽制：海選採線上評選方式於7月23日(星期四)公告入選名單；初賽於8月8日(星期六)假劍湖山主題樂園辦理；複賽於9月12日(星期六)假斗六教師研習中心辦理；決賽於10月17日(星期六)假雲林表演廳（上述活動時間及地點以報名網站資訊為主）。

**Announcement: 2026 Yunlin County Youth Vocal Talent Training Program – “Yunlin Star Voice” Vocal Competition**
To promote the diverse development of youth in Yunlin County, the “2026 Yunlin County Youth Vocal Talent Training Program – ‘Yunlin Star Voice i Vocal Competition” has been planned. This initiative aims to cultivate and strengthen the potential of the county is youth in the audiovisual industry. Through theoretical courses on vocal techniques and practical youth vocal competitions, we hope to enhance the skills and opportunities of young talents in Yunlin.
**Overview of the Event:**
1. **Registration Period:** From the date of this announcement until June 30, 2026 (Sunday).
2. **Eligibility:** Open to all youth aged 15 to 35 who have a connection to Yunlin County.
3. **Competition Format:**
- Preliminary Selection: Online evaluation; results will be announced on July 23, 2026 (Thursday).
- First Round: Held at Jianhu Mountain Theme Park on August 8, 2026 (Saturday).
- Second Round: Held at Douliu Teacher Training Center on September 12, 2026 (Saturday).
- Final Round: Held at Yunlin Performing Arts Hall on October 17, 2026 (Saturday).
