一、本計畫以「陪伴培力、行動孵化」為核心精神，透過績優
社造青年或團隊之陪伴輔導，協助社造新進者或返鄉青
年，將其地方觀察與構想，發展為具體可行之社區行動方
案，促進社造世代銜接，強化在地公共參與能量。
二、本計畫徵選對象為年滿十八歲之本國籍或符合資格之外籍
人士（不含陸港澳籍），不限學生或社會人士，凡對地方
公共議題、社區營造、文化行動具熱忱與實踐意願者，均
可提出個人行動構想參與徵選。
三、本計畫採線上報名方式，徵件期間即日起至115年5月15日
止，通過第一階段及第二階段審查者，最高可獲新臺幣6萬
元獎勵金，並可參與後續培力輔導、跨域媒合及成果交流
活動。
收件方式 ： 採線上報名方式，提案者應於收件期間內，至本部獎補助資訊網
（https://grants.moc.gov.tw/Web/），上傳本簡章規定之文件(報名表格式如附
件1)，逾期申請者，不予受理。
收件時間：115年3月16日至 115年5月15日止。
I. The core spirit of this program is "Companionship Empowerment and Action Incubation." Through the guidance and support of outstanding youth or teams in community development, the program assists newcomers or returning youth in community development by helping them transform their local observations and ideas into concrete and feasible community action plans. This initiative aims to promote the succession of generations in community development and strengthen local public participation.
II. The program is open to applicants who are at least eighteen years old, including Taiwanese citizens or qualified foreign nationals (excluding those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). There are no restrictions based on whether the applicants are students or members of the general public. Anyone with enthusiasm and a willingness to practice in the areas of local public issues, community development, and cultural actions is eligible to submit an individual action proposal for selection.
III. The program accepts applications online. The submission period runs from today until May 15, 115. Applicants who pass the first and second stages of review may receive a maximum reward of NT$60,000. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in subsequent empowerment guidance, cross-domain matchmaking, and outcome exchange activities.
Submission Method: Applications must be submitted online. Applicants should upload the required documents (application form format as per Attachment 1) to the Grant and Subsidy Information Website of the Ministry of Culture (https://grants.moc.gov.tw/Web/) during the submission period. Late applications will not be accepted.
Submission Period: From March 16, 115, to May 15, 115.
