一、茲依本會捐助章程第二條第二款規定，訂於本（115）年提供國內各大學院校醫藥相關研究所暨學術研究機構博士生及博士畢業後研究人員『優秀論文獎』，由各研究所所長或學術研究機構主管推薦。
二、國內各大學院校醫藥相關研究所暨學術研究機構『優秀論文獎』受獎人分A、 B兩組，A組為各大學院校研究所博士班在學或畢業未滿一年之博士；B組為在職博士後研究人員，在取得博士學位後5年內得申請之。凡於博士班研究在學或博士畢業後研究期間發表醫藥學術論著，應就其已出版之期刊論文為主，擇一最佳論著為主論文，經其所屬研究所所長或學術研究機構主管推薦為本會獎項候選人。
三、本會聘請之專家學者將依候選人論著，遴選出研究傑出者為獲獎人。經遴選獲獎者，A組博士生獲頒獎金新台幣貳拾萬元及獎牌乙座；B組博士畢業後研究人員獲頒獎金新台幣參拾萬元及獎牌乙座。
四、推薦候選人，應檢附經推薦人簽註之推薦表（格式如附，請參考使用或至http :／／www.cenra .com／tw／foundation／award／sign-up下載檔案格式）。主論文必須未曾在本會獲獎過之論文為限，並註明主論文的中英文題目和其刊載期刊的Impact Factor，另得檢附與主論文及其相關論著供評審參考。
五、推薦送審時應備妥書面資料和電子檔光碟（或隨身碟）各1份，由推薦單位於本（115）年5月31日前完成函送本會。書面資料包括推薦人簽註之推薦表、未違反學術倫理之聲明書和申請人身分證正反面影本等；另應檢附電子檔光碟（或隨身碟）含推薦表、包括主論文及其相關論文附件和彙整後的論文目錄（載明主論文刊載期刊的Impact Factor和相關論文刊載之期刊、時間及期號）等。
六、受推薦人發表的醫藥學術論著應確屬為其本人之研究成果。如係違反學術倫理者，經調查屬實，本會即對外發布取消其得獎資格，並收回已頒發之獎金與獎牌。

I. In accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Foundation is Charter, the Foundation hereby announces the provision of the “Outstanding Thesis Award” for doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers in medicine and pharmacy-related graduate programs and academic research institutions at universities and colleges within Taiwan for the academic year 115. Nominations must be submitted by the head of each graduate program or the director of the academic research institution.
II. The recipients of the “Outstanding Thesis Award” will be divided into two categories:
- **Category A**: Current doctoral students or graduates who have received their doctoral degree within the past year.
- **Category B**: Postdoctoral researchers who have obtained their doctoral degree within the past five years.
Candidates must submit their best-published journal article in the field of medicine or pharmacy, which must have been published during their doctoral studies or postdoctoral research period. The candidate must be nominated by the head of their graduate program or the director of the academic research institution.
III. The Foundation will appoint experts to review the nominated theses and select outstanding researchers as award recipients.
- **Category A**: Recipients will receive a cash award of NT$200,000 and a commemorative plaque.
- **Category B**: Recipients will receive a cash award of NT$300,000 and a commemorative plaque.
IV. Nominations must include a completed nomination form signed by the nominator (the form is available for reference or download at http://www.cenra.com/tw/foundation/award/sign-up). The main thesis must not have previously won an award from the Foundation. The nomination must clearly state the Chinese and English titles of the main thesis and the Impact Factor of the journal in which it was published. Additional supporting documents, including related publications, may also be submitted for review.
V. Nominations must be submitted in both paper and electronic formats (on a CD or USB drive) by the nominating institution to the Foundation by May 31, 115. The paper submission must include:
- The signed nomination form.
- A declaration affirming compliance with academic ethics.
- A copy of the applicant is identification card (front and back).
The electronic submission must include:
- The nomination form.
- The main thesis and related publications.
- A consolidated list of publications, including the Impact Factor of the journal for the main thesis and the journal, date, and issue number for related publications.
VI. All academic publications submitted by the nominee must be the result of their own research. If any violation of academic ethics is found upon investigation, the Foundation will publicly revoke the award and reclaim the cash prize and plaque.
