性別平等教育為近年來教育部積極推動的重要工作之一，並已列入學校行政評鑑指標。有鑑於此，本校依據性別平等教育年度工作計畫，推動建立「性別平等素養自我檢視問卷」，鼓勵在職教師進行自我檢視，作為未來規劃提升教師性別平等素養相關活動之重要參考依據。
誠摯感謝您撥冗填寫本問卷，您的每一項回饋對於本校推動性別平等教育之發展皆具有重要價值。敬請您於閱讀每一題後，依據實際情況選擇最符合之答案。

Greetings!
Gender equality education has been one of the key priorities actively promoted by the Ministry of Education in recent years and has been incorporated into institutional administrative evaluation indicators. In light of this, our university, in accordance with its annual Gender Equality Education Plan, has developed a “Gender Equality Literacy Self-Assessment Questionnaire” to encourage faculty members to conduct self-reflection. The results will serve as an important reference for planning future initiatives to enhance faculty gender equality literacy.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to complete this questionnaire. Every piece of feedback you provide is of great value to the development of gender equality education at our university. After reading each question, please select the answer that best reflects your actual situation.

This questionnaire is conducted anonymously. All responses will be analyzed in aggregate form and will be used solely as a reference for evaluating our university is efforts in promoting gender equality literacy and action. Please feel assured when providing your responses.
Kindly complete the questionnaire by May 15, 2026 (Friday). Upon completion, you will be eligible to participate in a prize draw. Please also remember to fill out the separate prize draw questionnaire to complete the entry process.
