一、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。
二、本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次
三、諮詢時間：每人每次30分鐘。
四、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，將安排一對一健康諮詢。
五、若有健康檢查報告或其他檢查結果相關疑問，當天請攜帶來諮詢。
六、諮詢服務醫師、時間及內容如下：

✨ 對象：本校教職員工
內容：健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等工作相關之傷害與疾病。

**Official Announcement: On-site Health Consultation Service for Faculty and Staff**
To ensure the safety and well-being of all faculty and staff members, Tzu Chi University, in accordance with Article 3 of the "Occupational Health and Safety Regulations," provides on-site health services. For workplaces with a total workforce of 300 or more, it is mandatory to employ physicians and nurses specializing in occupational health services to deliver on-site health care.
**Service Frequency:**
The on-site physician consultation service is held once every 1 to 2 months.
**Consultation Duration:**
Each individual consultation session lasts 30 minutes.
**Appointment System:**
To respect the privacy of all participants, this service operates on an appointment basis, with one-on-one consultations arranged accordingly.
**Preparation for Consultation:**
If you have any health examination reports or other medical test results that you wish to discuss, please bring them to your appointment.

- Individual disease consultation and chronic disease education
- Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses
- Workplace environment improvement and recommendations for protective equipment
- Return-to-work and job placement after occupational injuries
- Education and prevention of work-related stress, overwork, and associated injuries and illnesses
