本次活動與花蓮縣野菜學校合作,帶你從土地出發,
一路走到餐桌,體驗最完整的「食農教育」!
透過野菜辨識、實地栽種與料理實作,
讓你了解野菜背後的文化意涵與環境價值,
重新認識我們每天吃的食物來源 🌱

**Announcement: "From Field to Table: Wild Vegetable Cultivation and Culinary Experience"**

Are you interested in growing wild vegetables with your own hands, preparing dishes, and learning about indigenous food culture?
This event, in collaboration with the Hualien Wild Vegetable School, will guide you from the soil to the dining table, offering a comprehensive experience in food and agricultural education.
Through wild vegetable identification, hands-on planting, and culinary practice, you will gain insight into the cultural significance and environmental value of wild vegetables, and rediscover the origins of the food we consume daily.

**Event Information**
- **Date:** May 15, 2026 (Friday), 08:00–16:00
- **Gathering Time:** 08:20 (in front of the Daxi Hall; departure at 08:30)
- **Location:** Ji'an Township Wild Learning Base

- **Admission List:** Will be announced on April 30. This event operates on a registration review system. Admission will be reviewed and arranged by the Indigenous Resources Center based on registration status, and the final decision on admission rests with the center.

**Event Activities**
- Introduction to wild vegetables and their cultural significance
- Hands-on wild vegetable cultivation (land preparation, sowing, and care)
- Wild vegetable harvesting and pre-processing
- Culinary practice: Wild vegetable pancakes and dumplings
- Sharing and exchange of experiences

**Convenient Arrangements**
- 6 hours of service credit, eligible for certification
- Complimentary vegetarian lunch featuring wild vegetables
- Free shuttle service for transportation

**Important Notes**
- Please arrive on time; latecomers will not be admitted.
- If you cannot participate in the entire event, please consider carefully before registering and avoid canceling at will.
- If you miss the event twice or more (including cancellations), your registration eligibility will be suspended for three months.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify, change, or interpret the event as necessary.
