一、本部107年12月3日臺教技(三)字第1070211712號函及108年1月7日臺教高(二)字第1070222450號函(諒達)，請各校發展媒體素養相關新興議題教學資源及開設相關課程內容。
二、配合本部「推動媒體素養教育行動方案」，114學年度委託靜宜大學及義守大學辦理「高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫」，旨揭研習工作坊，主要以全國高等教育現場教師為對象，從媒體識讀基礎談起，進而延伸至教案產製的過程、媒體現象的解讀、教學現場的困難與解方等，逐步深化，培養對於媒體素養之認知，同時習得相關教材之設計方法。同時，做為未來推動大專校院高等教育媒體素養課程發展、建置教學參考教材模組、種子教師培訓及經營教師共備社群之基礎。
三、工作坊辦理時間、地點及報名方式如下：
(一)中區工作坊
1、辦理時間為115年5月9日(星期六)，地點為靜宜大學任垣樓資訊處343教室(臺中市沙鹿區臺灣大道7段200號)。
2、工作坊採網路報名，自即日起至115年4月30日(星期四)下午5時止受理報名，請至網址(https:／／forms.gle/ywhHCYECr9bFEyko7)填寫報名表，若有相關問題請洽媒體素養中區專案辦公室邱小姐04-2632-8001（轉17084）。
(二)南區工作坊
1、辦理時間為115年5月8日(星期五)，地點為義守大學國際學院4樓60412研討室(高雄市大樹區學城路一段1號)。
2、工作坊採網路報名，自即日起至115年4月30日(星期四)下午5時止受理報名，請至網址(https:／／reurl.cc/O6V7qR)填寫報名表，若有相關問題請洽媒體素養南區專案辦公室曾小姐07-657-7711（轉5973）。
四、請鼓勵教師踴躍參與，並給予參加教師研習時數。
**Announcement Regarding the Development of Media Literacy Courses in Higher Education**
In accordance with the Ministry of Education is Circular No. 1070211712 dated December 3, 2018, and Circular No. 1070222450 dated January 7, 2019, we kindly request all institutions to develop teaching resources related to emerging issues in media literacy and to offer relevant courses.
To support the Ministry is “Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education,” the academic year 114 will see the Higher Education Media Literacy Course Development Project entrusted to Chung Yuan Christian University and I-Shou University. The upcoming workshop is primarily designed for higher education faculty nationwide. It will begin with foundational concepts of media literacy, progress to the development of lesson plans, interpretation of media phenomena, and address challenges and solutions encountered in teaching. The workshop aims to deepen participants i understanding of media literacy and equip them with methods for designing related instructional materials. It will also serve as a foundation for future initiatives in developing media literacy courses, establishing reference teaching modules, training seed teachers, and fostering teacher collaboration communities.

**Central Region Workshop**
