一、為培育具潛力之大專女學生，以瞭解自我、人我關係與自我突破的脈絡，增進大專女學生在未來職場領導的決策力及影響力，本署特辦理旨揭培訓營活動，期以促進參與學員向內自我探索，破除性別刻板框架，向外發揮潛能，為社會帶來積極正面影響力。
二、本活動每梯次皆為3天2夜，辦理時間及地點如下：
(一)南區：訂於115年7月28日至7月30日（星期二至四），暫定嘉義棒棒積木飯店（嘉義縣太保市太子大道223號）或高雄寒軒國際大飯店（高雄市苓雅區四維三路33號）擇一辦理，實際地點待確認後公告。
(二)中區：訂於115年8月11日至8月13日（星期二至四），假台中全國大飯店（臺中市西區館前路57號）辦理。
(三)北區：訂於115年8月26日至8月28日（星期三至五），假政大公企中心（臺北市大安區金華街187號）辦理。
三、本活動全程免收報名費，惟學員須於活動前繳交新臺幣（以下同）1,000元保證金，活動全程參與後將予退還。如學員符合低收入戶、中低收入戶或家庭年所得70萬元以下身分者，則免繳保證金並得申請交通費補助，詳情請參閱簡章。
四、報名時間自公告日起至115年5月21日（星期四）23時59分截止，報名方式如下：
(一)自行報名：請逕至活動報名網站（https://reurl.cc/V2RGEZ）填寫報名資料，經評選機制審查錄取。
(二)學校推薦：每校得推薦具領導潛質且有意願參與之女學生1名，請校方協助獲推薦學生於「學校推薦申請表」用印，以利學生於前揭報名網站上傳檔案，完成推薦作業者將優先錄取。
(三)預計每區正取80名、備取50名，錄取名單將於115年6月下旬公告於本署網站及計畫臉書粉絲專頁。
五、檢附本活動EDM、學校推薦申請表及學員簡章各1份，請協助宣傳並鼓勵貴校各領域科系女學生踴躍報名參加。

**Announcement: Application for the Women is Leadership Training Camp**
To nurture promising female college students and deepen their understanding of self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, and personal growth, the Bureau is pleased to organize the Women is Leadership Training Camp. This initiative aims to enhance participants i decision-making and leadership skills for future professional environments, encourage self-exploration, challenge gender stereotypes, and empower them to make positive contributions to society.
**I. Program Details**
Each session of the training camp will last three days and two nights, with the following schedule and venues:
- **Southern Region:** Scheduled from July 28 to July 30, 2026 (Thursday to Saturday). The venue will be either the Chiayi Bamboo Block Hotel (No. 223, Taizi Avenue, Taibao City, Chiayi County) or the Kaohsiung Hanxuan International Hotel (No. 33, Sizwei 3rd Road, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City). The final venue will be announced once confirmed.
- **Central Region:** Scheduled from August 11 to August 13, 2026 (Thursday to Saturday) at the National Hotel Taichung (No. 57, Guanqian Road, Xitun District, Taichung City).
- **Northern Region:** Scheduled from August 26 to August 28, 2026 (Wednesday to Friday) at the National Chengchi University Public Enterprise Center (No. 187, Jinhua Street, Da ian District, Taipei City).
**II. Participation Fee**
There is no registration fee for the program. However, participants are required to pay a deposit of NT$1,000 before the event. This deposit will be refunded after full participation. Participants who are from low-income households, medium-low-income households, or families with an annual income of less than NT$700,000 are exempt from the deposit and may apply for travel expense subsidies. For more details, please refer to the program guidelines.
**III. Application Process**
Applications are open from the date of this announcement until 11:59 PM on May 21, 2026 (Thursday). The application methods are as follows:
- **Self-Application:** Please visit the registration website (https://reurl.cc/V2RGEZ) to fill out the application form. Selection will be based on a review process.
- **School Recommendation:** Each institution may recommend one female student with leadership potential who is interested in participating. The school is requested to assist the recommended student in completing and stamping the “School Recommendation Form,” which the student will then upload to the registration website. Recommended applicants will be given priority in the selection process.
- **Selection:** Each region will admit 80 participants and have 50 alternates. The list of selected participants will be announced on the Bureau is website and the program is Facebook page in late June 2026.
**IV. Enclosures**
Enclosed are one copy each of the program EDM, the School Recommendation Form, and the Participant Guidelines. We kindly request your assistance in promoting this opportunity and encouraging female students from all departments at your institution to apply.
