國立陽明交通大學 - 本校與教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心於115年4月29日（三）共同舉辦學術倫理專題講座，訊息詳如說明，誠摯邀請所屬教職員工生踴躍報名參加，請查照轉知。
一、活動資訊：
(一)主題：AI訓練與應用之法遵實踐與學術倫理--以人工智慧基本法為說明框架（中文講座）。
(二)主講人：鈞理知識產權事務所林誠夏法制顧問。
(三)時間：115年4月29日(三)13時10分至16時20分(12時30分至13時10分報到)。
(四)舉辦方式(請擇一報名)：
１、實體：國立陽明交通大學新竹光復校區資訊技術服務中心二樓國際會議廳。
２、線上：Youtube同步直播(預計4月27日將網址寄送至報名填寫之電子信箱）。
(五)參加對象：對本議題有興趣者。

Notice of Academic Ethics Seminar
The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, in collaboration with the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center under the Ministry of Education, will jointly host a seminar on academic ethics on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Please refer to the details below. We sincerely invite all faculty, staff, and students to register and participate. Your attention and dissemination of this notice are appreciated.
**I. Event Information:**
(1) **Theme:** Compliance and Academic Ethics in AI Training and Application—An Explanation Based on the Basic Law on Artificial Intelligence (Chinese-language seminar).
(2) **Speaker:** Mr. Cheng-Hsia Lin, Legal Consultant, Junli Intellectual Property Law Firm.
(3) **Time:** April 29, 2026 (Wednesday), 1:10 PM to 4:20 PM (Registration: 12:30 PM to 1:10 PM).
(4) **Format (Please choose one for registration):**
1. **On-site:** International Conference Hall, Second Floor, Information Technology Service Center, Hsinchu Guoxue Campus, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
2. **Online:** Live stream via YouTube (The link will be sent to the email address provided during registration on April 27, 2026).
