Related Document Number: This announcement is issued by the Tzu Chi University, dated April 7, 2026, under the reference number "CityLang No. 1150002939." The attached document titled "Regulations for the 2026 National College Student English Dubbing Competition" was previously mistakenly labeled as "Regulations for the 19th National College Student Japanese Dubbing Competition."
