一、為推動校園健康促進活動，提升學生關注健康行為之重要性，請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭活動，鼓勵學生發揮創意，創作短影音，以豐富大專校院衛生教育資源。
二、本案活動之重點摘要如下：
(一)參加資格：大專校院在學學生(含碩博士生，以作品繳交當時之身分為準)，可以個人或團體報名，每人投件最多以2件為限。
(二)主題：為讓大專校院學生能注意及避免接觸菸（煙）、酒等有害物質，爰以「青春不點菸」、「不喝酒人生更長久」為主題。
(三)形式：短影音，長度1分30秒（含）以內，誤差不得超過 10 秒。
(四)報名及收件方式
1、線上報名:請詳填線上報名表https://forms.gle/BJtWhtPffQPvjEKb8。
2、收件日期：自即日起至115年9月15日(星期二)止。
3、參賽者須簽署著作使用權授權同意書。
(五)獎勵
1、特優1名：可獲得新臺幣（以下同）1萬2,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。
2、優等2名：可獲得6,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。
3、佳作3名：可獲得2,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。

**Announcement: Call for Entries – Short Video Competition on Campus Health Promotion**
To promote campus health initiatives and raise students i awareness of healthy behaviors, the National Taiwan Normal University is organizing the aforementioned activity. We encourage students to demonstrate creativity by producing short videos, thereby enriching health education resources for higher education institutions.
**Key Details of the Activity:**
**(1) Eligibility:**
Current students of higher education institutions (including master is and doctoral candidates, as of the time of submission) may participate either individually or in groups. Each participant is limited to a maximum of two submissions.
**(2) Theme:**
To help students of higher education institutions recognize and avoid harmful substances such as tobacco and alcohol, the competition is theme is “Youth Without Tobacco” and “A Longer Life Without Alcohol.”
**(3) Format:**
Short videos, with a maximum duration of 1 minute and 30 seconds (±10 seconds).
**(4) Registration and Submission:**
1. **Online Registration:** Please complete the online registration form at the following link: https://forms.gle/BJtWhtPffQPvjEKb8.
2. **Submission Deadline:** From the date of this announcement until September 15, 2026 (Tuesday).
3. **Copyright Agreement:** Participants must sign a copyright usage authorization agreement.
**(5) Prizes:**
1. **Outstanding Winner (1st Place):** NT$12,000 and a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
2. **Excellent Winners (2nd Place):** NT$6,000 each and a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
3. **Honorable Mentions (3rd Place):** NT$2,000 each and a certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
