一、財團法人台灣尤努斯基金會為2006年諾貝爾和平獎穆罕默德•尤努斯教授授權在台成立之非營利組織，旨在台推廣社會創新，引領青年族群認識尤努斯社會企業，並嘗試付諸行動以解決當今社會議題。
二、本年度「第三屆三零行動家」持續投入資源支持青年行動提案，最高獎金為新臺幣3萬元，更可全額獲得卡內基訓練大學班課程名額，總獎勵價值達23萬元，期盼號召更多青年關注社會議題，拓展影響力。
三、相關資訊如下：

(三)參加對象：18-35歲具有學士/碩士/博士身份之青年，並可跨校組隊，本屆亦開放在台境外學生報名。

I. The Taiwan Yunus Foundation, a non-profit organization authorized by Professor Muhammad Yunus, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate of 2006, was established in Taiwan to promote social innovation. The foundation aims to introduce young people to Yunus Social Business and encourage them to take action to address contemporary social issues.
II. This year is “Third Generation of Yunus Social Entrepreneurs” continues to provide resources to support youth initiatives, offering a maximum cash prize of NT$30,000. Winners will also receive full sponsorship for a Carnegie Training University-level course, with the total value of all awards reaching NT$230,000. The program aims to mobilize more young people to pay attention to social issues and expand their impact.

(1) Submission Period: From the date of this announcement until September 30, 2026 (Friday).

(3) Eligibility: Young individuals aged 18–35 with a bachelor is, master is, or doctoral degree. Participants may form teams across institutions, and international students currently studying in Taiwan are also eligible to apply.
