一、國家住宅及都市更新中心自109年起辦理「住都盃挑戰賽」,迄今已邁入第七屆。本屆競賽主題聚焦「參與式公共藝術」,以「回應社會住宅的居住特性」、「透過藝術陪伴社區」、「永續經營與管理」作為三大目標,邀請參賽團隊從社宅住民的生活經驗出發,思考藝術介入日常的可能形式。
二、2026住都盃挑戰賽活動說明如下:
(一)競賽主題:《讓我們聚集成家》社會住宅參與式公共藝術提案。
(二)報名資格:參賽者不限國籍,惟須為本國大專院校在學學生(不拘科系,含碩士生,不含在職專班及博士生)或畢業未滿兩年者(112及113學年度畢業),皆可組隊參加,每隊以3至5人為限(在學學生比例至少60%)。如為外籍畢業生,須另提供有效之居留證、就業許可證明或其他合法停留本國之相關證明文件。
(三)競賽重要期程:
1、報名期限:即日起至115年4月10日(星期五)23時59分 截 止 , 採 線 上 報 名 , 網 址 :https://forms.office.com/r/Fqa5Amn0Y1 。
2、提案收件:即日起至115年4月28日(星期二)23時59分截止。提案企劃書、提案海報(企劃說明圖)與相關證明文件電子檔寄至 hurcca@hurc.org.tw。
3、初選入圍公告:預計115年5月18日(星期一),實際時間以本中心官網公告為準。
4、輔導工作坊:預計115年6月5日(星期五),詳細時程、地點及辦理方式將於115年5月18日(星期一)一併公告。
5、決選暨頒獎典禮:預計於115年7月3日(星期五)辦理,相關資訊預計於115年6月5日(星期五)公告,並以電子郵件通知符合資格之隊伍成員。
(四)獎勵內容:前2名隊伍分別頒發獎金新臺幣10萬元及5萬
(五)元、獎盃(每隊1座)與獎狀(每人1紙,含指導老師);其他初選入圍隊伍頒發獎金1萬元及獎狀(每人1紙,含指導老師)。
三、為協助有意參賽者了解公共藝術內涵及提案方向,訂於115年4月8日(星期三)19時辦理「徵件說明會」,採實體與線上同步方式進行,採 線 上 報 名 , 網 址 :https://forms.office.com/r/jSst1j3kHP。活動將說明競賽內容及提案重點,並提供交流與互動機會;實體場次更有助於跨校交流及媒合組隊夥伴,歡迎貴校教師帶隊參與。

Since 2020, the National Center for Housing and Urban Renewal (NCHUR) has organized the "Housing and Urban Renewal Cup Challenge," now entering its seventh edition. This year is competition focuses on "Participatory Public Art," with three main objectives: responding to the living characteristics of social housing, fostering community engagement through art, and promoting sustainable management. Teams are invited to draw inspiration from the lived experiences of social housing residents and explore how art can meaningfully integrate into daily life.
**Event Details for the 2026 Housing and Urban Renewal Cup Challenge:**
**(1) Competition Theme:**
"Let Us Gather to Build a Home" – Proposals for Participatory Public Art in Social Housing.
**(2) Eligibility:**
Participants are not restricted by nationality. Eligible applicants include currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students (excluding part-time and doctoral students) at Taiwanese universities and colleges, as well as graduates who have completed their studies within the last two academic years (2023–2024 and 2024–2025). Teams must consist of 3 to 5 members, with at least 60% being currently enrolled students. International graduates must provide valid documentation such as a residence permit, work permit, or other proof of legal stay in Taiwan.
**(3) Key Dates:**
1. **Registration Period:** From now until 23:59 on Friday, April 10, 2026. Online registration is required. [Registration Link](https://forms.office.com/r/Fqa5Amn0Y1).
2. **Proposal Submission:** From now until 23:59 on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Electronic submissions, including the proposal document, proposal poster (illustrative plan), and supporting documents, should be sent to hurcca@hurc.org.tw.
3. **Shortlist Announcement:** Expected on Monday, May 18, 2026. The exact date will be posted on the NCHUR official website.
4. **Workshop for Shortlisted Teams:** Expected on Friday, June 5, 2026. Further details regarding time, venue, and format will be announced on Monday, May 18, 2026.
5. **Final Selection and Award Ceremony:** Expected to be held on Friday, July 3, 2026. Further details will be announced on Friday, June 5, 2026, and notified via email to eligible team members.
**(4) Prizes:**
- The top two teams will each receive a cash prize of NT$100,000 and NT$50,000, respectively, along with a trophy (one per team) and a certificate (one per team member, including the supervisor).
- Other shortlisted teams will receive a cash prize of NT$10,000 and a certificate (one per team member, including the supervisor).
**(5) Information Session:**
To assist interested participants in understanding the concept of public art and the proposal requirements, an information session will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 19:00. The session will provide an overview of the competition and proposal guidelines, as well as opportunities for interaction and networking. The in-person session will also facilitate cross-institutional collaboration and team formation.
