一、活動說明
為辦理「2026醫學科學營」，現公開招募活動工作人員，誠摯邀請對營隊活動有興趣、具責任感之同學一同參與，共同完成三天兩夜之營隊活動。
二、招募對象
本校在學學生，具服務熱忱、配合度高，並能配合活動期間者。
三、招募職務
（一）小隊輔：負責帶領學員小隊、協助活動參與及關懷學員狀況。
（二）機動人員：支援現場突發狀況與活動流程運作。
（三）行政人員：協助活動流程控場及相關行政作業。
四、活動時間與地點
（一）活動時間：2026年7月7日（星期二）至7月9日（星期四）
（二）活動地點：慈濟大學（花蓮市）
五、工作內容
協助營隊活動執行、學員引導、現場支援及行政相關工作（依實際分工安排）。
六、報名方式

七、錄取方式
將依報名資料進行審核，並視整體需求分配職務，另行通知錄取結果。
八、其他事項
（一）可配合全程活動者優先錄取。
（二）須配合行前說明與相關安排。
（三）提供工讀時數（依實際參與情形核發）。

1. Event Description
To organize the “2026 Medical Science Camp,” we are now openly recruiting staff members. We sincerely invite responsible and enthusiastic students who are interested in camp activities to join us in making this three-day, two-night camp a success.
2. Eligibility
Current students of the university who are passionate about service, cooperative, and available during the event period.
3. Positions Available
(1) Group Counselor (Team Leader): Responsible for leading student groups, assisting with participation in activities, and caring for participants.
(2) Support Staff: Assist with on-site contingencies and ensure smooth operation of the event.
(3) Administrative Staff: Support event coordination, flow control, and administrative tasks.
4. Event Date and Venue
(1) Date: July 7 (Mon) to July 9 (Wed), 2025
(2) Venue: Tzu Chi University (Hualien City)
5. Responsibilities
Assist in executing camp activities, guiding participants, providing on-site support, and handling administrative tasks (based on assigned roles).

7. Selection Process
Applicants will be reviewed based on submitted information, and positions will be assigned according to overall needs. Results will be notified separately.
8. Additional Notes
(1) Priority will be given to applicants who can participate in the entire event.
(2) Attendance at pre-event briefings and related arrangements is required.
(3) Work-study hours will be provided based on actual participation.
