說明：
一、獎助學金對象：貴校所屬護理學科系在學學生。
二、獎助金條件：
(一)操行成績平均在甲等或八十分以上。
(二)各科學業成績需及格且總平均達七十分以上或在校學業成績GPA3.0（含）以上。
(三)實習成績七十分以上。
(四)能確實遵守應盡義務者。
(五)符合條件之清寒學生、原住民學生或曾於本院工讀者優先錄取。
三、獎助內容及期間：提供每名學生每學年15萬元整，採學期發放費用(要申報所得稅)。
四、獎助名額：各大專院校合計每年30名。
五、申請文件：申請表需請學校審核用印，成績單需正本。
六、受理截止日期：2026年04月30日(以郵戳為憑)。
七、檢附護理學生獎助學金管理辦法、海報、申請表、師長推薦表及合約範本各一份。
Notes:
I. Eligibility: Currently enrolled students in the nursing department at your institution.
II. Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Conduct grade must be at least “A” or 80 points or higher.
(2) Academic performance in all courses must be passing, with an overall average of 70 points or higher, or a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
(3) Clinical practicum score must be 70 points or higher.
(4) Must be able to faithfully fulfill all required obligations.
(5) Priority will be given to eligible students from low-income families, indigenous students, or those who have previously studied at this hospital.
3. Award Amount and Duration: Each student will receive NT$150,000 per academic year, disbursed on a semester basis (subject to income tax reporting).
4. Number of Recipients: A total of 30 students annually from all universities and colleges.
V. Application Documents: The application form must be reviewed and stamped by the applicant is school; an original transcript is required.
VI. Application Deadline: April 30, 2026 (postmark date applies).
VII. Attached are one copy each of the Nursing Student Scholarship Management Regulations, a poster, an application form, a faculty recommendation form, and a contract template. |
