一、社團法人國際城市浪人育成協會與和泰汽車基於對青年生涯之關切與社會議題之關懷，合作辦理「第八屆和泰公益夢想家」之活動，藉以培育青年獨立思考與多元行動之能力。
二、指導單位：教育部青年發展署
三、活動時間：115年03月13日至115年12月31日，學生以2至6人組隊參與。
四、活動執行方式：分為四個階段，第一階段書審及面試提案階段、第二階段學生進行培力及初賽簡報、第三階段選出10組學生獲得執行行動之公益實作津貼，第四階段進行決賽與成果發表。詳情與報名網址請見：

I. The International Urban Wanderers Association, in collaboration with Hotai Motor Company, is hosting the 8th Hotai Social Dreamer Program. This initiative aims to cultivate independent thinking and diverse action capabilities among youth, reflecting both organizations i commitment to youth career development and social issues.
II. Guiding Agency: Youth Development Agency, Ministry of Education
III. Program Duration: From March 13, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Participation is open to student teams consisting of 2 to 6 members.
IV. Program Structure: The program is divided into four stages:
1. Proposal Review and Interview Stage
2. Student Empowerment and Preliminary Presentation Stage
3. Selection of 10 teams to receive a grant for implementing their social action projects
4. Final Competition and Project Presentation Stage
